It is my second time at this place my brother recommended the place we have put sumitomo tires on 3 of our vehicles, very good long lasting tires and the service at this place is very good. I definitely recommend this place. Es mi segunda vez en este lugar mi hermano me recomendo el lugar nosotros hemos puesto neumáticos sumitomo en 3 de nuestros vehículos, muy buenos neumáticos duraderos y el servicio en este lugar es muy bueno. I love the guys working at this Tuffy in Dothan. They are so knowledgeable and helpful, it amazes me. Im not sure what was going on with management in the past that made this place get some negative reviews, but whatever it was they have fixed it. I went about 6 weeks ago and again yesterday and service is truly exceptional. Thomas is good at explaining things in a non-mechanical way so that a person like me could understand. He also tries to get you the best price for parts, calling around to different shops. David is also kind and just really good at what he does. I am taking all of my cars here from now on.

I have all of my vehicles serviced here. I have a 2008 Chevrolet that I use to do home health visits. Tom, Seth, David and all the guys have kept me on the road and safe for the last 6 years. That Chevrolet is over 300,000 miles now!!! This place is great. They guys are friendly, honest and know that my vehicle is my livelihood. Tom always makes sure to talk with me about what the car needs at the time and what I can keep an eye on and address my next time at the shop. I dont know what I would do if I didnt have tuffy to trust my car and pocketbook with!!

I have to say, I just got back from this location in Dothan, AL and I had a GREAT experience. The biggest issue I have with auto repair service locations is whether or not you can trust who you are working with. I took my car in for a check up to see if anything needed worked on before I headed out to New Orleans the next day. The new manager Kameron said nothing was wrong with the car and even put some air in my tires. FREE OF CHARGE. If thats not trust, then I dont know what is. Definitely recommended!

I asked what the prices would be up front... well time came for the bill and they added warrantys and shops supplies to multiple services and even added i turned down services I never spoke to them about. definitely a shop i wont go back to... i have had multiple cars done with them just for routine service . this was the first time i have actual mechanic work done... definitely not the place to get real work done.

I took my car to get a deluxe oil change, which includes oil and all of the other fluids sucks as brake and washer. After picking it up, I drove about 2 miles until oil started spraying out of the hood of my car. They didnt even put the cap back on the oil reserve. Furthermore, none of my other fluids had been topped off. Terrible, Terrible service.

This is a very good place to do business, fast and professional. I came in for service to my car and was really impressed at the level of care and knowledge these guys have when it comes to keeping my car performing like new! Thanks George and Kam, great job, Ill be back for all my service needs.

This Tuffy office is terrible and they will lie to you. I would recommend getting your tires from Walmart like everyone else.
