5/09/17 Called to have 4 new tires put on my Ford Fusion at around 4pm, was told they only had 2 in stock but could get the other 2 in the morning. Tires were ordered. 5/10/17 Dropped car off at around 10am and told the sales manager that I would like to pick my car up at around 6pm (waited in store 4 hours last time I had tires done here). Manager said that would be no problem. I called at 5pm to make sure the car was ready to be picked up, was told that all my lug nuts were bad and could not be put back on. They wanted to charge me $80 for cheap lug nuts. I ended up ordering better quality McGard lug nuts (M12 X1.5) for $40. Manager told me that tires would be mounted and balanced and alignment completed and that I could bring new lug nuts in the morning and would be in and out in minutes. 5/11/17 Brought new lug nuts at 10am and was told I would have to wait 3 hours. I said I would come back and to call me when my car was ready. 5pm rolls around and still no call. Called them and was told that the lug nuts I brought didnt fit. I show up to find my car in the parking lot with new tires mounted and balanced but only held on to by 2 old lug nuts on each wheel. I then installed the new higher quality lug nuts myself in the parking lot and they fit no problem (Ive used them before). They had my car for 3 days, never called me once, They dont know how to install aftermarket lug nuts, and on top of all of this they broke my door handle and refused to repair it. These people are CROOKS!

Had my tires done here twice. Today, in a new vehicle I got something in my tire and changed it to a spare just up from the Taylorsville exit on Gene Snyder and limped into the lot a bit before 7. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes to be told they would not plug my tire, they just wanted to get out the door. Look, I hate to keep anyone late, I really do. I do not do it at restaurants and I do not do it at department stores. Honestly though, I thought for sure that seeing someone hard up and covered in road grime they would take ten minutes and plug my tire. Its okay though, Big O helped me. Even though they had technically been closed for an hour.

I must admit I was a little skeptical about coming here. But something in my gut said to call. When I talked to the guy on the phone he was very knowledgeable and very confident and reassuring that they could help. I made an appointment and Im so glad I did!! When I got there John helped me get signed in. He was friendly and prompt. I felt very welcome. They didnt take my car right away but it wasnt long before they did. I guess a few people had dropped their cars off and left because I was the only one in the lobby. John offered me the remote to the tv and I gladly accepted because Im not a fan of soap operas.

Ive been a regular customer here since the ship opened. Ive always had excellent experiences. Last time around, there was an issue with some specialized tires that I needed. I got a bit frustrated after a couple calls without answers. I talked to Dale, the shop manager, and he got me squared away in a hurry with a lot of apologies and professionalism. Not every shop is going to run right 100% of the time. The mark of a good shop isnt hitting 100% perfection, but being able to properly remedy the occasional snafu. Ill keep going back and recommend that you do as well.

May be a reasonable place to buy tires. But their service after that is beyond sad. You can spend hundreds of dollars on new tires. And they will take care of you on the spot. But if you have a problem with one, dont every walk in the door without an appointment. Got there an hour before they closed. Nobody in the parking lot. They refused to fix a tire with slow leak. Second time there that day. You might want to try another location. This one is a pain.

We had a flat tire on the trailer.. we didnt have a jack with us.. the manager seen my husband trying to get the tire off. Whom was also was leaving to go home.. he had us pull to the back of the bay.. jacked the trailer up and used a impact wrench to get the tire and we was on the road in minutes!!! Thank you!!! For taking your time to help us out!!!

Customer service is easy when things go right. You can really see the high level of customer service at Tire Discounters when things dont go as planned. They quickly sprang into action to correct the problem. A little later, I was taking fast turns with my new tires. Great service, competitive prices, and quality workmanship!

Was going to go there today to drop our cars off for a simple oil change and was told they could not get to us until Wednesday !!!!!! For an oil change really !!!!!! We have a business account there but I think we will move on somewhere that can get us a little faster service.

This was my 2nd set of tires purchased from this store. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service as everyone was super friendly and helpful! The person that changed my tires was helpful in explaining the alignment results. Great prices too!

Great service, whole staff was helpful and friendly, the tech working on my car was nice enough to look over the underside of my car and point out a minor issue that needed attention too. Felt like I got the best bang for my buck service and product wise.
