You know I think everybody when they take to their car to the mechanic is always in fear that theyre not going to get the work done properly and theyre going to get ripped off I think thats just part of the mechanical industry nowadays but in my almost 10 years that I have going to Meyer Automotive I have only had one problem with the work they have done and have never felt that they have done unnecessary work the one time I did have a problem they fixed it immediately plus gave me a free oil change for the problem my car is especially important to me because without my car there is no reason for me to go to work most the time I am not very fair to them because I have a problem and I cant make an appointment they have always pulled my car and and checked it out in the same day most of the time having a loaner car for me that day or the next day one time even I believe it was the owner drove me home in my time of need

Today I was searching for a repair shop for my stepsons car. He is a student and needed his vehicle fixed ASAP. I was nervous because you hear so often of repair shops taking advantage and Im an hour away so I just had to put my trust in whomever was going to do the repairs. I called Meyers and explained my situation and concerns, they were awesome! They came out to look at the car, got it in and fixed it in record time. In addition, they even picked him up to get his vehicle! What a great repair shop with some very friendly and professional people. This will be my stepsons go to place if ever in need again! Thank you Meyers Automotive for being trustworthy and just great all around!

The team at Meyer Automotive was very thorough and friendly. They provide a convenient pick up and delivery service so I could have my vehicle serviced without the inconvenience of missing work or trying to find a ride back to work. They provided a very detailed report of suggestions that would need repair without pushing me into having them fixed now. Overall a very good place to go. My vehicle wouldnt start. I called to have the battery checked out. They got me in first thing in the morning and even offered to help me arrange to get it to the shop if I couldnt get it jump started. Once I got there, it only took an hour to be back on the road. That included waiting for a battery to be deliver from a local parts store. They were fast and very friendly. A bad start to my day turned into an easy fix at Meyers. Ill never go anywhere else.

Some of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with for auto repair., awesome customer service. They manager to squeeze my truck in at the last minute, when it broke down on my way to work one morning, They quickly diagnoses the problem and had my truck back to me the very next day. Unlike some other auto repair places, they took the time to explain everything to me, line by line on the repair needed, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Ive taken my car to them for the past couple years and thats the only place Ill take it. The staff is always super helpful and extremely friendly, they do great work, they always have a loaner available if I need one and I know that when I send my car in its going to be done quickly and I dont have to worry about the work that was done. This is the first time in my life Ive had an honest, dependable place to do repairs on my car. Great job guys!!!

I had a very nice experience at Meyers Auto. They are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable of their stuff. They were very quick at repairing my Infiniti FX35 and it runs great now & the problem was fixed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. From my experience, it seems to be a very honorable and trustworthy place to bring your car to be fixed. I would use their services again.

My company truck broke down during a job and he came to the job site and helped me start the truck so I could take it down to his shop. Great service on my 2003 Liberty Jeep! I was kept informed of new developments and options without any pressure. I was given information that helped me to make decisions on a still good vehicle but not worth sinking bucket loads of $ into. Edit: They do seem to allow appointments now. The owner must have had a talk with his employees. Be warned, if you have anything that is urgent and you cant just drop your vehicle off for the day, they DO NOT make appointments. No exceptions. And no guarantees that they will even get to your vehicle that day.

Barry and his staff do a great job with the routine service on my vehicles. I especially like his "Car Care Club Membership" and all the services that come with it. For things like oil changes and tire rotations, it saves you a lot of money. If you dont already know about it, you should ask.

fantastic service!!!! in a really tough spot they came through when no one else could. absolutely the most courteous and helpful staff, even offered a loaner car while they worked on mine. if they werent three hours and two states away I would never look for another car shop again!!!!

Fantastic customer service, walked me through all charges and everything that was to be done before completing the work. Marley and Toby are excellent to work with up front and they have skilled mechanics in the back. Many wont go anywhere else and it is clear as to why.

had my car towed there when i thought my starter went out. they tell me it wasnt the starter and it was the battery. ok, go ahead and replace it. how much was that? $212... yeah, never going to these people again. thanks for taking advantage of me
