Honestly, I dont even want to give them any star!!! This is the most worst worst worst experience that I have ever had in US! They did my oil change on Friday, it was quick, after that I went home and at 6 PM, I was driving to south to do my job, after driving 5 min, my car SHUT DOWN suddenly! My car couldnt working...I was lucky enough because my car was just stop near to Midas, theres a guy checked it for me, he said THERES almost NO ENGINE OIL in my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At that point, I have to be in another town for my FIRST job working!!!!which is an hour away, I called TUFFY, they said they already closed, they cant come to check it or do anything, (Excuse me? If you really closed, how can you answer the phone?) I spent money for suffering in such emergency situation because of your fault???? On Monday, they finally towed the car and fixed it, they said the oil filter was bad, (excuse me again??? If it was bad, why didnt you tell me after you done the oil change? )The old guy was very very very not polite, he didnt recognize his fault at all and even said, hey if you went to Walmart, they wont fix it for you for free... my friend try to ask them the compensation for all the problems and inconveniences that I suffered in those days, he said, IF YOU WANT ANY MONEY BACK, FIND A LAWYER, SUE US!!!!! Because, Im not a native speaker, sometimes they speak too fast or their articulation is not clear, and I didnt get it, they are always very not patient to me on the phone. All in all, PLEASE dont ever go to TUFFY if you want to save your car!

Highly dissatisfied and didnt even get my car worked on. I called and made an appointment to get my wheel cylinders replaced on my rear brakes (a $16 part), and asked for them to change the oil while I had it in there. 3 hours after I drop it off I get a phone call. They wouldnt change the oil without a release signed first, because it was so thick. Im fine with that, but then the guy says, "so I guess there is a story with this car?" I had to re-explain the whole story about the rear wheel cylinder leaking brake fluid. The guy was rude and just kept telling me about the front brakes being bad. He told me it would cost around $600 to get all the brakes fixed and when I asked for a price just for the rear brakes it was going to $330. Today I called around town and the highest estimate I got from other auto shops was $220. I went and picked up my car and wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Took my truck here to get it aligned a few months ago and they said it was good and I payed them. Started noticing my truck not driving very good and noticed the inner tires were just about to blow out they were so bald you could see the wires. Took it back to tuffy and they were nothing but disrespectful and cheap. They told me I had a bad tie rod so they couldnt align it and if that was the case why didnt they tell me this before instead of just taking my money and ruining my tires. They cost me almost $800 and I hope the worst for them and Im definitely getting lawyers out and doing everything I can in my power to put this guy out of business so he cant put peoples life in danger.

I procrastinated on getting my oil changed and when I took my jeep in to get it changed the mechanics also took a look at the rest of my jeep and showed me problems that needed to be addressed immediately because they were worried about how the car would act after getting my oil changed so late. I went ahead and had them fix the immediate problems and was very happy with their work. Tuffy and their employees offered great customer service. I do not know much about vehicles so I was pleased with the fact that they took me out in the garage to show me what was wrong with my jeep and what needed to be fixed.

I cant say enough good things about Tuffy. Randy and his crew work hard to make sure that every problem is diagnosed and is taken care of at the lowest cost possible. Theyre never going to overcharge you or tell you that work needs done that doesnt need done. You can trust that if they tell you something is necessary that it certainly is. On top of that the waiting room is always stocked with cold sodas and snacks where you can sit back and enjoy your wait while watching a little golf on TV. Each one of them is passionate about cars and taking care of their customers I cant recommend them enough.

I have had a lot of issues with my car for the past few months, and every mechanic I took it to did not find anything wrong with it, and would give it back to me saying it is okay, then two days later it would be dead. When I finally took it to Tuffys, they kept it until they figured out whats wrong with it. Ever since I got it back, my car has been running perfectly! They really care about their customers and they do whatever it takes to make their guests happy.

Got a rust problem? Beware, thats gonna make the charges increase. Sure you have a rust problem. If you didnt, youd probably have the money to take your new car to the dealership. Listen to Christian radio? Wow! "So does the owner," who will play that straight into your wallet. Call around and get quotes. Dont go to this guy without knowing what youre needing.

Great service! I felt like they were very honest with me and were willing to walk me through anything I didnt immediately understand. They do AAA discounts and I believe they may also do a Ball State discount. If your car has to be in the shop for several days, they will drop you off at your house/work and pick you up when your car is ready. Highly recommend.

Randy and his crew are always professional, honest, and there to help. Rather than spending unnecessary money on new parts, they re-tool and repair existing (when appropriate) and always do their best to find the best deals. Weve been taking our vehicles there for years and will continue to do so for as long as were in Muncie.

Dont take your business here. They keep their mechanics paychecks (which is ILLEGAL!!) that they earned, rips off customers, marks up parts more than double than what a customer can purchase them for. Poor customer service!!
