I was traveling from Indy to Georgetown, IN and had a flat. I was stressed but Dave and everyone I dealt with were so nice and reassuring. I bought a used tired. Sadly, that tire didnt work out so after calling Dave, he notified my local (Brownsburg) store and asked them to help me out. They said they had a used tire for me but they didnt. The guy I talked to was a complete jerk! He knew nothing about it (because the other guy didnt inform him) and acted like I only spent $30 so what did I expect. Called Dave in Scottsburg. Bottom line, the Scottsburg sent me a full refund (not even seeing the used tire - just taking my word for it), which I did not expect nor ask him to do that. If I lived in Scottsburg, I would be doing business with that store - they are great!
