Been a customer for years...my dad trusted Mike...and I trust Mike. Upland Tire always provides great service and I always feel safe in the fact Upland Tire is taking care of my car allowing me to feel safe on the road. Being female and not mechanical...I appreciate the feeling of never being taken advantage of...Upland Tire explains what needs and/or has to be done and we go from there...never pressured...but always taken care of. The superior service starts from the atmosphere and extends to the quality of the information from the observation of the vehicle. As the transaction is accomplished the attendant ensures that all information is known to both parties. The business starts cand ends with a family atmosphere. Nice service and prices, but very very slow. My first visit was just an oil change that took 2.5 hours. Second visit was an oil change and Air Bag service that took 8 hours.
