Our lift station started to leak and I asked my brother for a recommendation for a good HVAC/Plumbing company. He told me to call the guys at Mission Mechanical, so I did! I spoke to Tom Day, Service Department Manager, who promptly sent out Derone (Hope that is spelled correctly) to assess the situation. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem. When Tom arrived to verify what Derone had discovered, they both called me to let me know how they would handle the repair and the step involved. VERY Professional assessment and recommendation! I agreed to their recommendation at approx. 2pm and they scheduled me for the following morning. They had a mini excavator delivered, the "call before you dig guys" mark all the underground lines and called me to confirm an 8 am start time, all before end of the evening. Everyone showed up at exactly 8am and began their repairs. Not only were they dead on with their recommendation, they were almost $7,500 LESS than a quote I had received a different plumber that I called before my brother recommended Mission Mechanical. Yes, $7,500 less. I found my new "Go To" company for my HVAC/Plumbing needs. I can not say enough good things about how I was addressed, treated, cared for and ultimately taken care of by this great team!!! Thanks Again for the lift station repair!

I was on a "service contract" with ANOTHER Indianapolis based heating and cooling company and the service person told me on his last visit that I needed a whole new air conditioning system - this after 6 or more previous visits where the system was perfect. I got the lousy feeling I was being told something that was not true as the system was old but the heating and air conditioning was totally working fine (his last visit was for a maintenance check). I then called Mission Mechanical to give me a SECOND opinion and they came a few days later, tested everything and said my system was working FINE. I could tell the service person was NOT talking down to me like I was an idiot. I trust them and they have my business from now on.

I had them come out and install a backup sump pump and battery for me after my basement flooded. I was able to get them out to my house quickly and they showed up on time. The plumber who did my install was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said it would take about an hour and he was done in that amount of time. When we were all done he went over the pump with me including how to test it out in the future to make sure the backup is working. We also went over the new battery they put in so that I knew what to look out for should something happen. They did a good job and I was also happy with the cost as it was less expensive than other quotes that I had received for the same job, I would definitely recommend their services

I thought, upon reading all the rave reviews about Mission Mechanical, it would be the best place to call to come and un-stop my kitchen sink. Took 2 weekend days to get someone out to us because of 1)the first guys machine broke down and he didnt have a back up so we had to wait until the next day, 2) breakdown in their communication didnt have someone out until late afternoon on the Sunday. Took him 20 minutes to clear the drain which was the only good news. Bad news was the bill that arrived. Guess I should go into the plumbing business if 20 minutes of work generates a +$330 bill! Wont be calling them again.

Thermostat was not wired correctly by myself when replacing bad one. If only I had called them sooner might I had saved more money in regards to our electric bill. They did not try to sell me anything else or state it was a more costly repair as some places might have done. They came in diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly which resulted the cost to me being extremely lower than what I would have thought. They have earned my trust and will use them anytime I have a HVAC issue regarding my home. Thanks Mission.

As a realtor getting HVAC issues resolved quickly and affordably can mean the differance between get a deal closed, having a delay or even going back to market. Mission Mechanical has become my first choice when heating or A/C issues come up. Theyre big enough to get a technitian on the job promptly but not so big that you get lost in the shuffle or billed for a mountain of company overhead. The crew at Mission Mechanical and the Arbuckle family have earned my loyalty.

Thanks to Tom and Jon for excellent service over the years! They have been taking care of my now 19 year old heat pump running at my Carmel home. I really feel theyve kept my combo heat pump and air conditioner going for a lot longer than it normally would last. I know sooner or later its going to need replacement and I will definitely use Mission Mechanical for my new equipment. 5 stars!

We had a problem with our Air Conditioning and needed a quick fix, as it was 90 some degrees. I remembered hearing a Mission Mechanical advertisement on 1070 a while back, so I decided to give them a call. They were able to come out that same day and fix the problem. In the dead heat of summer, there is nothing worse than when your AC goes out. Mission Mechanical showed up within two hours of me calling. Not only did they fix the issue immediately, they also helped me replace my 11 year old system, customizing my needs and working with me on pricing/timing.
