6 days ago had someone from kings come out and put freon in our a/c unit the guy came in checked a few things told use that there was no air flow to the unit and that there was a small leak in the refrigeration he then proceeded with his work to get use up and running after he was done he told use again that there was a small leak and that we should be fine for the rest of the summer but come sring time we need to consider a new a/c unit. we thanked him/payed him and everything seemed to be in working order then yesterday 5 days after her came to fix it the a/c went out again!!! we called kings and told the guy on the phone what was told to use and what was fixed they then said that with a/c units have all kinds of moving parts and the the small leak we had has now become a big leak or there is another leak in the unit and that unless we wanted a new unit or wanted to pay them another 271 dollars more or less that there was nothing they could do they didnt even want to come and look to see if they could help... and now we are sitting in our house that is 85 degrees and not getting any colder out side and to them it nothing!!! DONT USE KINGS!!!!!

Paid $6,000.00 for a new furnace installed. In less than 6 months it had a circuit board go bad and the heat pump was sticking and running all the time causing the electric bill to rise. Same board went out again less than 2 years later and the heat pump is sticking and constantly running again. This makes our electricity larger than it was with a 20 year old furnace / heat pump. Called and left a message with the owner since my family has spent a considerable amount of money there in the last 40 years. He never bothered to return my call. Again, we are paying a huge electric bill and if I have to pay someone to fix it, it will not be Kings.We will be calling the manufacturer today and using another local company for our furnace needs.

My mother-in-law called yesterday to schedule an appointment for her a/c. I went to ivy tech for refrigeration and gave her a few ideas of what might be wrong. She told the person who set up the appointment of the possible ideas I had given her. The person who was setting the appointment told her that since I knew so much she should have me come over and do it myself. Just to let you know Kings there are several other heating and cooling places in town. Candlelight and Summers just to name a few. So needless to say my mother in law will be cancelling her appointment today and calling someone else. Im sure that someone else will appreciate my money.

I have been a loyal customer for years. I have always had a good experience until today. The product they brought to my home was missing parts. They tried to charge extra to go get the needed parts. I told the tech, this was wrong, and he did make a small adjustment to the bill. I understand the missing parts was not their fault, but it was not mine either. If they want remedy, then they should look to their supplier and not the customer.

I have used Kings for a few years now. Never have they been anything but professional. I have used other local companies and been very dissatisfied with their work, even to the point of having to call King to fix my problem. Every company makes mistakes. That is just part of life. Im calling Kings today and have them inspect my boiler before winter. Don

Needed a replacement curcuit board for my furnace. Im from Logansport and Wilkinsons heating here in town really ticked me off with crappy service, so I decided to replace it myself. Anyhow, Kings was excellent was able to sell me the part I needed at a fair price! Very helpful I will use them again even if they are out of town!
