As a military wife caring for the family and home, life can be very challenging. Little problems are somehow viewed as complete disasters when you have a husband in a foreign war-ridden country. When we had a leak (in a wall, nonetheless), I thought it was truly the end of the world. I grabbed the number of the first plumbing company that came up (All-Pro) on my Google search...I am so glad it was All-Pro. Kim was so reassuring and informative on the phone. She had someone dispatched to our home and the problem was identified and fixed before I knew it! I was impressed with the plumbers professionalism (they even gave us proof of their licenses and insurance)! The plumbers were well groomed and they didnt mind the millions of fears and questions about the whole process that I had. I know it was a fluke that I called them first, but now they are definitely my go-to plumbers and also my go-to people if I need a referral suggestion for any other type of home maintenance that we have (which happens a lot)! They know the best businesses in town to trust! I wouldnt hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs! ~Mimi Amos~

First the stool overflowed and was clogged, then there were roots in our drain. All-Pro repaired the drain. Then the bathtub was not draining. All-Pro replaced the waste and overflow that was bad. Then there was a leak under my kitchen sink. I thought it was the sprayer so I bought a new sprayer head and replaced it. The leak was still there. All-Pro showed me that the leak was coming from the faucet where the sprayer connects to the faucet. All-Pro changed my faucet and installed new shutoffs. WoW! A lot of plumbing all at once. All-Pro was there, gave me the price for the jobs before starting the work (they charge by the job and not the hour), completed the work in a timely and very professional manner. If you want it fixed right (not to mention, to code) call All-Pro -- they stand by their work!!

Professional, courteous, honest, straightforward, hard working...All-Pro does fantastic work and they are perfectionists. They have been to my home at least 5 times, and I am impressed every time. Written detailed estimates, friendly office staff, convenient scheduling - it is amazing to find a company that treats women with fairness and respect. They can be trusted to get the job right the first time, and they charge what is promised. Their reputation is well-deserved, and I wish more companies would follow their lead. Professional, courteous, prompt and honest. Workmanship is second to none. I had a problem with a sewage ejector that needed attention over a holiday. I freaked out. They came immediately and assessed the situation. It was NOT an emergency. So, instead of charging holiday charges, they set up a time after the holiday weekend to fix. They explained what needed to be done and took care of the problem. Will call All-Pro Plumbing for all plumbing needs! Thanks All-Pro!

Im a home owner who should live in an apartment, because of how little command I have of home maintenance and repair. That lack of knowledge makes me a little vulnerable and suspicious of some contractors, but not All-Pro. Every time this company has provided service to me, its clear no one is trying to gouge me.
