If you go with them - I have two recommendations. 1) Get estimates - not just verbal- ahead of time and 2) follow up on communication. I was told $150-200 for a job and then it jumped to $450-500 when I asked for a formal estimate. Also, in trying to get the service scheduled, it was a constant effort to commuincate with the office to the service guys and back to me. So dates / times for service were royally screwed up - had guys coming when I wasnt expecting them and not home and then when they told me theyd be there (and took a day off work) - they werent. Finally went with another company.

Make sure that the estimates are WRITTEN, not verbal, as with the other guy the company tried to get more $$$ after the fact. Scheduling was a nitemare, finally had the details finallized to were I wanted my water connection to come into the house, only to find out that they came to install my water when I was not there, and decided that it was easier for them to install it to another room. They also promised that when they came out to dig the hole that they would replace the grass, needless to say, they screwed me on that to.

They are very fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very affordable. If I ever have any plumbing issues, I will definitely be calling them again!!!!
