I had two dealings with Paul Henderson Plumbing in the last few months. One was planned, one was not. The first was an emergency call due to a flooded basement and a dead sump pump. I called them and they were at my house within an hour and had a new sump pump installed within an hour of arrival. Very reasonable prices considering the circumstances. The planned appointment was to install a new gas line for a new stove. They quoted a fair price, were on time, and completed the job in the time frame agreed upon. The service provider went above and beyond for me because the stove was delivered late. He agreed to show up later to hook up the stove to the gas line on his own time. They are the only plumbing service I will ever contact from now on.

We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing for both our home and small business. We needed commercial kitchen sinks installed and they were friendly, on time, and did the job in the time frame they promised. For our home, they are the first name we think of when we have a busted pipe or dropping faucet.

Did a reasonably good job, but an hourly rate of $160 is outrageous. The charge for replacement parts is also unreasonably high. Repairing a leaky shower and replacing a simple bathroom faucet charged over $600. Will not use the company again.

Charged a $30 "trip fee" AND a $90 service charge? For a 20 minute drain repair? Totally unreasonable prices.
