******BEWARE**** Rude, unprofessional, and work quality below industry standards. Recently was given Hunter Plumbings contact information from previous homeowner, as we were completing a project they had started with Hunter Plumbing. When I contacted him by telephone he was short but assured me he was "very familiar with this project." We asked him to install a tankless water heater and ejector pump we had purchased. He explained that he "would never install a tankless water heater", and recommended a tank water heater he sold. Not only did I agree to his water heater, but also agreed to his ejector pump (buying all equipment from Hunter Plumbing). Hunter Plumbing showed up at our home, never came to front door, just went to back pool house and began installing. When I go out to see how the installation went I find a 50 gallon water heater sitting in my pool house!! The worst part is, they did not even connect the electricity. When I called Hunter Plumbing about why he would install a 50 gallon water heater in my pool house and did not connect the power, his response was, "it is what you asked for, and Im not an electrician." So I contacted an electrician and had the water heater powered up and began using the pool house bathroom the next day. We found a few flushes later that Hunter plumbing only buried the sewer pipe 3 inches and the pipe was cracked in a several places. You can imagine the excitement of toilet water shooting into the air when flushed. I had another plumbing company come out to repair and they asked why Hunter Plumbing would put the sewer pipe under the fresh water pipe in the same hole? YUCK!!!! So if you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and try someone else!

I explained my dilemma to Brian Hunter over the phone and he (correctly) guessed the problem was most likely with my basement ejector pump and even told me what the cost would be if it needed to be replaced. Within an hour, Brian arrived. Fortunately my pump was still good, and he explained to me the problem and fixed it on the spot! He also answered other questions I had about my basement plumbing, recommended I consider a backup sump pump, and gave me a reference for issues Im having with my irrigation system. Excellent service, highly recommended!!

I received a quote for a very specific job I wanted done. I hired Hunter Plumbing for this specific task. They took it upon themselves to fix the job differently. I called Brian Hunter and explained to him that I hired him to replace the part, not fix the existing part. He refused to come back out and do what he was hired for the price quoted or refund my money for services not requested. He was argumentative and very unprofessional, having hung up on me in the end. I would not recommend Hunter Plumbing.

Brian and his hunter team are he best guys in the game. Always on time, pricing is very fair, workmanship is excellet. I had a problem last and he called me right back, and walked me through troubleshooting and fixing my simple problem. I would feel very comfortable using him and recommending to friends and family

Sump Pump was failing and I was in a little panic, Brian (the owner) came over quickly and replaced my sump pump. He and his employee both worked on the problem and had it done in less than 30 minutes. I will call them again for a backup pump and I recommend them.
