Gurney Bush is one of the best plumbing companies. We use them at my job commercially but I had never used them for my personal home issues until yesterday. My home warranty sent them out to do a repair to my home kitchen plumbing issues as Gurney is a preferred vendor of my home warranty company. The tech, Josh was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. He understood my issue fully immediately & resolve my issue while getting everything approved w/warranty company simultaneously. Talk about a completely smooth experience. Gurney will be my go to plumber for all future needs. Overall experience was superb!! Thanks Josh & Gurney Bush

Called this company on the recommendation of another company for service because I had a clogged main line. I made my first call at 10:30am and they told me someone would be out. It took 12 hours and 4 phone calls before a tech actually arrived. The tech was able to clear the clog but less then three weeks later I started hearing the same issues with the plumbing. They sent the tech back out and again he ran the line and didnt find anything that would be causing issues. I was charged another service fee and nothing was resolved. Ive paid almost $400 in less than three weeks and still dont feel comfortable that its not going to have issues.

Main line was clogged. Called Gurney Bush and a tech, Tom, was on site in 90 minutes. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival, Tom investigated the issue and also located where my main line drains into the city line so he could use it for verification after clearing the line. After about 140, Tom was able to release the clog and clear the drain. A+ service and their prices are reasonable! Ill definitely call them again if I need the main line cleaned again. Thanks Tom!
