I am very happy to report an excellent service epefience/story. I had a water heater serviced becuse it kept shutting off. The electronic control had failed and required replacement. I was charged way less than I planning on paying. In fact, they could have sold me a complete watef heater but did not take advantage. On the initial visit they were friendly, professional and the technician cleaned up after himself. Had to go get part was back and finished same day. The replacement failed a few months later but I was always able to get it relit. Last night I couldnt. I called them this morning and was connected to a very pleasant man who looked up the original service order. After a brief explaination he asked if someone would be around which I told, luckily yes. He said the tech who did the original work was in today and that he would send him over to have a look. Becore lunch i received word from my wife that the tech had been in, detected the faulty part, replaced it, apologized and had gone. Even better, the charge was zero. After 8 months there was no haggling, no automatic visit charge, nothing except pride in their work and fairness to this guaranteed retun customer for all of my future needs.

Earlier this year our Seisco tankless water heater failed and leaked, saturating our walls and hardwood floor and leaving the floor irreparably damaged. It was a Friday evening and I could not get R&R Plumbing, who installed the unit, to respond or come to the house until Monday morning. The water heater was under warranty and replaced free of charge by the manufacturer. However, R&R Plumbing charged $350 to remove the defective unit and install a new one. Other Seisco units in our condominium development have since failed. These homeowners were also billed a $350 installation fee. After complaining of excessive fees, the general manager of R&R Plumbing agreed to reduce one homeowners bill to $215. I asked for the same consideration and a refund of a portion of my payment and was refused. Charging different fees for the same service is discriminatory and constitutes an unfair business practice.

Awful plumbers. They installed a defective water heater in my home which failed after two years and flooded my home. I acknowledge that the defective water heater itself is not their fault, however, they did not install it sitting in a drain pan or elevate it. It was simple sitting on the floor. Then they did not return any of the 4 emergency calls I placed to them. Avoid these plumbers at all costs.
