The customer service provided by Lascko Plumbing is second to none. I had a major issue last year with a broken water pipe outside my home and Lascko was there immediately to repair it in time for my family to enjoy our vacation. This year it was a broken water line to my fridge which leaked for about 10 days. They sent someone within a couple hours (I live 50 mins north of Muskegon) and he helped me dry what we could, and take out a lot of carpet in the basement and then he stayed to help use the wet/dry vac to get most of the water up. Brett (the owner) was there the next week with a crew to remove the floor and put a dehumidifier in (which is still there). AND he paid for the replacement of the hardwood floors upstairs. I HIGHLY recommend Lascko Plumbing. They have a new lifelong customer! Thanks to all who were involved! David Pentwater, MI

Twice now, weve had emergencies with our septic pump and our furnace, and the level of expertise and service we received from Lascko was over and above that which weve had with any service provider. They are extremely ethical, knowledgable, and helpful. They even have a code of ethics that you can tell they abide by, its not just PR or lip service. No hidden costs, superior warrantees, and above average materials and units used. My motherinlaw is now using them too, and when we replace our furnace this year theyre the only place Id call. Cory McDaniel - came to our home today, to check our plumbing. We were told by another company, that all the under the house plumbing had to be replaced. Cory was very intentive to our concerns and very professional in discussing each thing he checked out. Come to find out, our problem was a water softener filter. Needed a part to fix the ac ourselves. Apparently, theyre all about the money as they wouldnt sell us the part. Im sure they wanted to charge us to have them do it and make the money vs. having a repeat customer. We will NEVER use/attempt to use your business again. Also, wouldnt even give the name of their supplier so we could purchase it elsewhere.

I requested a quote for some work and they scheduled a time to have a salesman give a quote. After an hour past the scheduled time with no sign of the salesman, I called and the employee who answered said someone was supposed to be there. She had no explanation for the no-show and asked if I wanted to reschedule the next day. No thanks.

Very frustrated. Paid $311 six weeks ago for them to clean out the main. Now I have a backup again and they were going to charge me close to $300. No warranty or rework rate. Very dissatisfied. Rented a unit at Redi rental for $70 and did it myself.
