Friday night of Labor Day weekend I suddenly developed a problem with the toilet cabinet where a rubber piece to the plunger came loose and would not secure so I had a steady stream of water running and it would continually flush once enough water got in the cabinet. I tried to just turn off the water until I could get it fixed but find out the shut off valve was stuck and could not turn off the water. I waited until Saturday morning to call Roto Rooter and chose them due to a neighbor working there and he had helped me change my porch light a couple of months ago eventhough I had never interacted with him before. Roto Rooter had one of their employees working today to my house in about an hour. He checked what I had said and told me what he would need to do to fix it and gave me an estimate. I said to do it and it did not take long for him to fix both issues. I no longer have to deal with the constant running water and if I need to in the future I could shut off the water. Thank you.

I took a shower today in our home weve lived in for 18 hours. I went downstairs afterward to check on my cat and realized there was water EVERYWHERE! The drain backed up in the basement shower and out from the toilet drain! I called and they had someone to my house in about an hour. The guy was here almost three hours working tirelessly to get the root out of my lines that he found. He tried from outside and then down in the main access downstairs. Thank God he got it! He couldve given up and called for digging, but he didnt and thats a huge relief. He was very courteous. Tomorrow another guy will be coming to assess what needs replaced and said hell call in my claim to my insurance for me. Also, someone is going to come send a camera down all of my lines for free to make sure he got everything. Thank you thank you thank you. I was one stressed new home owner there for a bit.

My boyfriend and I just had a leak in the ceiling of our condo. The rotorooter staff was very friendly, accommodated both of our busy schedules, and were efficient and very knowledgable about the work that needed to be done on our condo. Specifically, Eric Campbell and Jacob Haulitz did a great job. They were the originally workers who cleared out our wet and moldy ceiling and set up the equipment that is used to dry out the area. They also did daily checks of the equipment and were more than willing to work with our schedules (they came at 7pm bc we worked til 6:30pm those three days.) We were very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this company and these individuals.

We just bought our home and woke up the next day to a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom spilling into our main level kitchen. RotoRooter responded immediately, sending experts to determine the problem, a plumber to fix the leak, and remediation experts to take care of the damaged wallboard and ceiling. I was really impressed with their quick response, especially since it was Saturday. Their timely work helped keep the water localized so we didnt suffer even more damage. They protected our floors and countertops as they did their work, and cleaned up all of the mess before they left. Thanks RotoRooter for making a bad situation as easy for us as possible..

The service technician was Chawng Vunga. He completed the job of unclogging a bathroom sink. Chawng was the second technician sent by Roto Rooter and was able to unclog the drain within the hour. He was very professional and cleaned up the area before leaving. My only concern was I had a $100 off coupon that had been mailed to our home with no expiration date. However, the quote for the bathroom sink was $388, so even with the $100 discount, the charge seemed more than I had paid previously for a kitchen drain in 2016. Satisfied with the work and the tech who served us, not so happy with the "discount mailer".

My appointment window was between 12pm and 4pm, which I thought was a bit wide, but they will call you 30 minutes prior to showing up. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called 45 minutes before the window for my appointment saying that they would be there in 20 minutes. I was close by my house, and the technician, Dave, got to my house before me. I showed him my issue and he got to work immediately and was done in about 25 minutes. I am very pleased with the results as well as the friendly and courteous service they provided while in my house. Will recommend to friends and family if they ever have an issue.

Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter this weekend. Had a bad slab leak and they were able to come out diagnosis the problem, detect and fix the leak, and then begin the restoration process (drying). Roto-Rooter was a one-stop shop where our previous plumber was going to have to call in third parties to help with the job and have us wait through the weekend. Roto-Rooter came by and knocked everything out for us on a Saturday! I also really enjoyed working with Jim and Mark. Jim even gave my son some caution tape to play with, thanks Jim!

First time ever having to go through a place like this. Had a major crack/leak in our main water line. I was able to go online and get an appointment easily and quick. All contact we had with the company was fantastic. They were very nice and helpful. The person who came to our house was very nice and was able to answer all questions we had and able to fix our problem immediately for a very reasonable price. Our experience was great and if we ever have to call someone out again, we will definitely be going with this company again!

I had a nice gentleman named Chawng Vunga arrive at my home yesterday around 12:30pm. I needed a new faucet in a tub and a toilet repaired. He was very professional and very personable. He even complimented me on how clean my house was. he needed to step out and get some additional parts needed and returned in an hour. he completed the work and reviewed it with me. he did mention my drain was draining slow and if it gets worse to call them. He shook my hand with he left. I would highly recommend him and his company!

Our sink had a lot of standing water and it seemed that our drain was clogged, this was also causing problems with our dish washer. We called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out the next day, which was great! We had one technician come that didnt seem to know what he was doing, and ultimately he left and said that hed send someone new, but did not give us a time. The next technician who came was named Khuma and he did a great job! He fixed all of our problems in a little over an hour and was very friendly.

ROTO ROOTER TECHNICIAN LAL MUANA # 2619 ROCKS THIS IS A VERY HARD WORKING YOUNG MAN, THAT PERFORMS HIS JOB LIKE NO OTHER COMPANY. HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, AND DOESNT QUIT UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE AND COMPLETED TO HIS SATISFACTION. AND EXPERTISE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND LOOKED LIKED A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL WHILE WORKING. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING STEP BY STEP, AND PERFORMED HIS JOB ABOVE AND BEYOND ROTO ROOTERS GUIDELINES. I SEE WHY THEY HIRED HIM DURING HIS INTERVIEW. GREAT JOB LAL MUANA....
