Our hot water heater gave up on us Sunday night. I called Great Lakes Plumbing at 7AM Monday morning and spoke with Matt. He took down some info, got the size of my current unit, quoted me a very reasonable price and was in my home swapping out old for new by 8:30 AM. My old unit was not up to code so Matt needed to add a pan and a drain which he checked with me first along with how much additional it would be, it was very reasonable so I told him to go ahead. There were no hidden cost surprises, he was honest and upfront from the get go. Matt was very nice and very professional. I appreciate the quick response!! I will definitely call again with any plumbing needs I have in the future. Thanks Matt!

I tried calling three other places 1st for a service call today due to water leaking into my basement from my shower upstairs, two didnt answer and the other said they were booked over a week out. I came across some good reviews for this company and gave them a call. Mark answered my call and was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, he said the could be there same day!! Later this afternoon Matt showed up and fixed my original concern and three other minor ones as well. He was extremely efficient and the price was great. I now have a new 1st call for plumbing and you should too!! Great job guys, keep up the good work.

Had these guys out to fix a broken pipe I had, that started as a leaky faucet that I tried to fix. (I wont attempt to do that again) Called Monday morning, and they were here within the HALF hour! I thought theyd have to take out a wall to fix the pipe. Not at all. They were here and gone before we knew it, and we have a shower again! They didnt even laugh at my screw up. Learned my lesson; Im not a plumber, and these folks are PROFESSIONAL in all aspects! Kind, quick, reasonably priced, and they know what they are doing! Thanks again!!

Had a great experience with them. They notified us before they arrived and explained what repair we needed. They even worked on an additional problem we had and all at a good price. We had a small issue with one of the repairs and they came out the next morning and took care of it. Great!
