Worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of wasting my hard earned money on. Ive never been so disgusted with a company before. The whole lot of them are a bunch of shady scammers that deserve to be put out of business Dont let them screw you over like they did me. Had a leaking pipe above water hear and fixed it for $200. 7 months later its leaking very slowly from where they fixed it building up green corrosion. I understand its only a 90 warrantee, but I could probably fix a leak in the roof with a piece of chewed bubble gum and it work for 90 days. They reluctantly send someone out to "fix it" free of charge. I was working at the time so I couldnt check it before the guy left. A little later that day I went downstars to check the work he did. Lo and behold theres a spot leaking at a joint right above where he "fixed" the the pipe. Its now dripping from a point where it was never dripping before he put in the new attachment. Its actually leaking worse than before the bozo came out. He probably botched it so he would have a broken part that I would have to pay for them to fix and so they could recoup the service charge they lost on the second visit. They send the same moron back out and he states hes going to charge me $200 to fix the part thats leaking saying its due to corrosion and that he didnt touch the part thats now leaking. No actually its leaking because when you fixed the first problem you knocked it loose another pipe above it. Its a pretty big coincidence that it just happens to be leaking as soon as he leaves and it never was before. Doesnt matter to them. Its all my fault for using copper pipes in my house in that they eventually corrode. They get away scott free and now its my resposibility to pay for and fix everything. Its funny how when I called back and got irate they get all defensive like Im the crazy one for being mad. "Im not going to be talked to like that sir" Lol. How about "Im not going to get screwed over like this maam." I can tell they are a company that only cares about the bottom line and dont give a crap about the customers. Skip this place. Its total garbage.

If you want a plumbing service that makes errors in installation & then charges you $99/hour to correct their errors, then you want Greenwell. I used them twice, both times there were errors in the installations and their plumber admitted it. I called the day after the job was "completed" to point out the errors and they sent a plumber out. He admitted the shower was not installed according to my instructions and that the toilet they had put in was not completed correctly causing me to have to constantly double flush due to lack of water pressure. Their tile man broke a tile that was not to be replaced. I had to pay for the tile he broke & 3 additional tiles so it matched and his time to buy more tiles to fix his mistake. Greenwell told me I had to pay $99/hr to fix their plumbing errors (the day after the job was "finished" or I could hire someone else. I paid and explained why it was wrong to charge me for their errors. I asked for a refund of the extra charge. They ignored me, so Im telling anyone who wants to know. Greenwell skills? > 2 on a 10 scale. They make mistakes? > Both times in my case. Acknowledged they were wrong? > Both times in my case. Who paid for their mistakes? > I did & you will if you hire them. If you want to be treated like a fair, paying customer, who expects hired help to pay for their mistakes made in your home, Then you want to: 1) Call any other plumbing service and ask who pays for their workers errors. Everyone else covers their own incompetence. 2) Hire any one else except Greenwell Services !!!

We had new countertops installed along with a new sink, and all they had to do was hook my existing drain up to the new sink, reconnect the dishwasher, and fix a slow drain in one of my bathrooms. I had scheduled them to do this work on a Sunday ( I was willing to pay extra for this), so they gave me a window of noon-3:00 PM. Never got a call from them when 3:00 PM came and went, so my wife and I bombarded their on-call number with messages. By 7:00 PM I told them to forget it. I had them come the following day to perform the work. There were no materials or parts involved, and they were at the house for one hour and forty-five minutes. For this they charged us $310, did not leave my wife a receipt, and still havent emailed me a receipt after Ive asked for it. I called to inquire about the charge, which I thought was exorbitant, and the man said their hourly rate was $159 per hour! The technician forgot to turn the water supply back on to my dishwasher, so my wife ran a full load of dishes while we slept with absolutely no water. I gave them two stars because up until this past week, we had been a customer for 18 years.

Greenwell Plumbing has worked on multiple repairs I needed over the years. Not once did I ever have to request someone come back on a job done for me. Every service person that has shown up has not only done an excellent job but were all well-mannered, professional and SO CLEAN with the work they did! Never any messes. I trust them so much I used their services to have someone inspect our home we recently purchased. They provided a thourough and honest review. Although there were a couple of small plumbing issues found in their inspection, I was provided the information I needed, including how critical each issue was, but was not pressured at all to schedule repairs - simply a request to consider their services again in the future. Professionalism at its best!

We are extremely pleased with the service received!! They explained step by step what needed to be done to ensure work would be done right the first time and gave clear estimates prior to completing the job. They are extremely professional, consider your needs in schedule, and very prompt. In addition, we asked about another issue we had been meaning to get fixed.....They gave the estimate and completed the same day! I received a follow up call within a few days to make sure all work was completed to satisfaction. So far, so good and I highly recommend this company. Should I have any future issues, I will contact them again! Thank you Greenwell Plumbing! Your guys did a GREAT job!

This is the second job that Greenwell has done for me. Waking up to cool water is not my idea of a good time, so I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician showed up on time, evaluated my problem quickly, and completed the repair (replacing the thermocoupler on my water heater) in a timely manner. As far as I can tell, their rates are quite reasonable. Based on my comparison shopping with the first, much larger job that they did for me (Installing a sewer line), their rates were significantly more reasonable than their competitors. I would definitely use them again.
