Do not recommend this company. A plumber was sent by Home Warranty due to seized pipe in our bathroom. As he could not clean the pipe (60 year old rusted galvanized pipe which needs replaced) he figured that hed tell my warranty company that it was an improper installation, on a 60 year old house! He then asked for $300 out of pocket to replace the pipe. Coverage was denied to me because what he told the warranty company. This was more than two months ago. Since then I had three other plumbers come out, all reputable companies, and all said it was not an "improper installation". Two months of going back and forth with my warranty company and they will now cover the replacement. I called LD Smith and asked that John call me back- he never did. He caused my family a ton of inconvenience with our sink not fixed for over two months now, made my warranty company deny us coverage, and tried to get $300 out of my pocket on the spot. Just awful.

Excellent company. They were sent out after Affordable Plumbing Solutions technician was deemed incompetent and cared more about taking his kid trick or treating than a family of 5 being able to use their plumbing system. Mark came from LD Smith. It was a later call, but he was patient and didnt seem to notice it was late. He got the line opened up. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He popped the line open no problem and my disabled and oxygen dependent mother will never forget it. Clean truck, organized, lettered, stock was in the bins and neat. Marks uniform was clean, he was clean cut. Would not hesitate trying this company out. I have 19 yrs of experience, I can tell when a person doesnt want to work because its late or a holiday, Ive been licensed since 97 and I still hate after hours work, but I do it gracefully ;) The guy they sent, Mark was totally fine with doing his job.

LD Smith Plumbing did an outstanding job while paying attention to details when I needed their service. They were flexible with my schedule but more importantly got the job done efficiently and quickly so I could get back to my normal day routine of life. Mark (from LD Smith) was amazing with explaining what needed to be done and shared everything he did to find a solution. My sewer line was backing up on a Saturday which they did everything they could before they determined they needed to dig up the spot they marked to get eyes on the troubled spot. Turns out I had a broken sewer line pipe and within 6 days of the original call, they had the pipe fixed. Mark and Shawn did a great job in the short amount of time to get things fix. If you have plumbing troubles, LD Smith Plumbing is a great service to call. Thanks again Mark and Shawn.

Our water heater broke and we had it replaced by LD Smith Plumbing. Our home warranty insurance covered the cost of the plumber and heater however after the water heater was installed they didnt flush out the system. As a result whenever we turned our hot water heater on it gave off a screeching noise. We called them to come look at it since the heater comes with a year warranty on all parts and labor and they spent 5 minutes flushing out the system. A month later we discovered that they charged the home warranty company again as if this was a separate instance when it was entirely their fault since they didnt flush the system after installing it which is something the second plumber said he always does! Now were getting charged 75 dollars and theyre not willing to do anything. I wouldnt ever recommend this company.

Office staff was very accommodating over the phone. Mark came out that same day to replace my water heater and did a great job!!!! Very pleased with the professionalism and service.
