We had a drain problem with the sewer line and after my husband attempting to snake the line without any luck we called Gordon. I got to speak to the secretary who was a real sweetheart. She understood the importance of the matter and after making a call she told me someone will be at my house within the hour! Now thats some prompt service. Half hour later I got a call from Rudy and he said hed be there in 10 minutes. He showed up right on time and with the help of big Bertha (his equipment) he was able to pull out a big old wad of roots and cleared the blockage. He suggested that we correct the issue with a total clean out since it was not in the right place and not done properly and that would take care of the roots in the line too. He gave us a pretty reasonable quote to do that and we talked about replacing the line in the near future since it is on its last leg. Im not ready for that yet but these guys already won the job. These guys did such a good job, Ill factor in whether or not they have a branch in the next town Im looking to move to!

Beware - cant event troubleshoot and unplug a toilet - Plumbing 101. Had 2 plugged toilets, 1st tech came out, threw a wad of toilet paper down each toilet, tried to auger one, said they were fine, and left. Both still plugged. I went to Lowes and bought a small auger and tried unplugging myself. I got a bill for $180 - he was only there 5 min and did not unplug either toilet. Called and they lowered the bill to $90 and I said I would only pay if they came out and fixed it properly. 2nd tech showed up, flushed the two toilets and said the flapper valve was closing too quickly. Did not even try to auger either toilet and coerced my wife it paying the $90. Now I am out $90 and still have two plugged toilets. I am going to Lowes to get a longer auger (was using the 3.5ft one in between the plumber visits) and fixing it myself. My advice, fix it yourself or call someone other than Gordon.

This Service is awful. The first time they came out to the house it was great, they were on time, they made a call before they came, service went wonderfully. two weeks later our water started to back up again, so we called them. Gave them a time crunch because we both had to work, had one phone call saying he was on a job but then would call before he came to the house. No call, no service before we had to work, no message saying they had been to the house while we were gone. Called to schedule another appointment, was argued with that we did not anwser the door. Third appointment, again no call, no service. Called again to find out what is going on to schedule a last appointment before going somewhere else. And I was told that they refuse to uphold their warranty, and I was hung up on. If you call them you may expect rude behavior and unprofessional conduct.

Used Gordons for years for our Grease trap service. We stuck with them for as long as we did out of convenience more than because of the satisfactory service. We scheduled a monthly trap cleaning with them and was hard pressed to actually have them show up within the months time without me having to call and find out for sure what date they would be arriving. Typically it was 5 to 7 weeks, not 4 weeks as a month should be... We are located in Carmel, which has one of the strictest Waste Districts around Indianapolis, and have once again been fined for too much waste in our grease traps, had Gordons come out as they should have been, we would have avoided this $400 fine. Thank you Gordons for costing us another fine. Needless to say, i promptly called Gordons to cancel my service, which they could not have cared less about. Way to keep your customers!

Rudy and his team just finished switching all pipes in my house, installing a new water heater. They were professional, punctual and came prepared with all supplies they needed ( so you dont have to run to store to get something which you need to provide to your contractor). AND the best of all not only the price was unpar with other licensed plumbers but they also did all the work in one day. It felt like he did his homework, planned ahead and completed project without a hitch. Considering my latest experiences with contractors in CA, I would say if you need a plumber Rudy should be in your phone address book. I will definitely will use them again. Ah, I have to mention one more thing he said he can apply for city permits when you need it and if anyone ever faced this dilemma they will know how much time it takes besides money.

Thank you, thank you, thank you guys! After having been awoken several nights in a row with inches of water spread over our whole restroom floor, a real-life superhero came to the rescue. They did in 30 minutes what my landlord has fixed numerous times. I called at 8 am and they were able to come out two hours later, fix our leaks, and leave without a mess. The service was supreme and the plumber even offered to help me put back my apartment together after we tore it apart attempting to find the water meter. Im elated to be putting away our water collecting pots and towels. No more clean up for us. Thank you again, Gordon. Got you on speed dial now!

These guys are AMAZING. To list the reasons these guys have my continued buisness: 1. The plumber and the people I made the appointment with have all been articulate, humerous, respectful, and knowledgeable 2. They actually help resolve the problem and tell you their diagnosis instead of just waiting for me to tell them what to and theyve made helpful. 3. They answer the phone and show up on time(its a low bar set by the rest of the industry), and then do so with great attitudes! I will never hire a different plumber unless God forbid they no longer service my area.

These guys are the best at leak fixing! I found I had a leak in my hose faucet thing that you pull out when you wash dishes. My mom said these guys were trustworthy so I called Evenflow. I was able to set up a first thing in the morning monday morning. The plumber arrived right on time and he got right to work on my sink. He figured out that a new faucet assembly was needed due to the permanent and non replaceable fixture of the existing hoses. He happened to have a replacement with him and quickly installed it. Now I can use my faucet hose without damaging my kitchen!

I had been having drain problems with water backing up in my basement and had not had success with getting it resolved. I had purchased coverage on the sewer system and that company sent Gordon Plumbing today (Rudy, plumber extraordinaire :). He worked nearly all day to diagnose the problem and solve it, with many issues such as do exist in an old house. He even cleaned up afterward and took time to explain everything he did. I really appreciate Rudy and his level of service....thanks so much!
