HORRIBLE Service! I originally rated them 3 1/2 stars....then I went back. I have had several massages there and was always pleased with that service. I have also had my hair cut and highlighted. The salon has my information. I called to schedule a massage as recommend by my doctor. I told the gal on the phone I wanted a 1 hour massage at 10am. She takes my name and says great, we have all of your information well see you tomorrow. I show up for my appointment...well she scheduled a 60 minute massage in a 45 minute slot so they just cancelled my appointment and didnt tell me! I was so mad!! They said I didnt leave a phone number so they couldnt call me but they had my address! I called BS on that because the last time I was there and the stylist screwed up my hair she called me back and I didnt leave a number. They made NO effort to fix the situation. When I did get my hair cut and colored there I spent a good 5 minutes discussing with the gal that I wanted a sun-kissed highlight...not streaks! Well she gave me stripes! I went back a few days later for her to fix it but its still very stripy ... Plus they charged me over $115 for a hair trim and high lights but wouldnt disclose the price break down....just the total. I dont recommend this place! The customer service is horrible. The masseuse is good...thats the ONLY good thing I can say about this place

Im extremely happy with the salon care I get from Finesse. Megann works closely with me to be sure I am happy with my cut and color, and we talk openly about costs so there are no surprises. In reading other reviews, I can understand their concerns. However, I have not had the same experience of racking up costs. I have also learned that costs are different among stylists so I get a recommendation before signing on blindly with a stylist/salon. If you are looking for options, both cost and level of care, along with a great line of services then I would highly recommend Finesse. I have used many of their services, and I have not been disappointed. Again, Megann is a big part of this recommendation since I always ask for her. And I would recommend doing advanced planning with any salon because their price structure and business approach are generally similar.

Heres the best part: Ive never actually had my hair done there the two times that I had an appointment. First time, they told me that it was going to cost me at least $200 because my hair was not easily colored. I naturally have golden brown hair that falls a little past my shoulders, that I rarely color. The second time, the stylist that was helping me told me that I used the wrong product in my hair (Redken Intense Renewal Super Moisturizing Cream) so she wouldnt touch my hair until I used a $70 product for a week and then came back. Needless to say, no one from Finesse will ever work with my hair. However, I did get my eyebrows waxed there once and it was one of the best waxes Ive ever had.

Ive been going to Finesse for over 11 years. I absolutely love my stylist and the environment that Finesse creates. Every time I go, Im welcomed with a smile and a drink (hot tea, wine, water, whatever Im in the mood for...). My stylist remembers my cut and color; she works with me when I want to change things up and when I just need a trim. I especially appreciate her color expertise and her ability to help me get the results that I want without spending a fortune every month. Ive had massages and waxes at Finesse too - every time Ive had a good experience. Over the years, Ive grown to love and trust my experience at Finesse, and I cant imagine having to find someone new.

I had wonderful experiences at Finesse Salon. I have had my hair done twice and it has been a wonderful and professional experience. I usually go in for a color and a haircut. What I like the most is - like the stylist said: "I will not do an all over color if it is not needed." She does what needs to be done and will not overcharge you for services you do not need. After reading some reviews - I was hesitant to go in and try it. However based on my experiences, I have nothing to complain. I later learned that new employees go through a "on-the-job" training program before seen clients. That shows Finesse commitment to quality.

Ive been going to Finesse Spa Salon for several years, and have loved everything Ive ever had done. Ive tried several of the services (not just hair), and they always make me feel like a million bucks. They also always make sure Im happy with what Ive had done, and there was one time I wasnt sure on a hair color, and they fixed it right away and at no extra cost. To me, that makes it worth what some might consider a higher cost than some other places. I like that a lot.

After years of looking for someone to appropriately cut my thick hair, someone recommended Linda to me. Amazing. She is awesome. She recommends products that actually work with my hair, remembers how I style my hair so I dont have to fix it when I leave and gives awesome scalp massages. I have also had the best pedicures there too. And its much more affordable than my previous stylists. Highly recommend.

Loved this salon. I have very thick, medium length hair and wanted layers and long bangs~ Chelsea did exactly what I wanted and was excellent! She washed and massaged my head for what felt like 10 minutes (AMAZING!) and at the end she dried and straightened my hair and asked how I liked it~ I wanted a few shorter layers and she did it happily! Loved her and loved the salon. I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Finesse for over 13 years. I have had massages, pedicures, facials, haircuts, color and waxing. I feel like which ever service I receive I am treated to the best care. It is probably more expensive than some salons but it is well worth the service. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves like they are worth it.

The salon does an ok job but they are not a "high end" salon like they pretend. I like Linda but her hair color is $67 thats too much when you are there every 5 weeks. She does a nice job on the hair cuts and Ive kept her but if the price goes up, I will go elsewhere.

The girls were very nice BUT the services they provided were Awful! I had to go back home and FIX everything from hair to waxing to nails. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where they hire professionals not amateurs!

I have gotten haircuts and brazilians here! I think this place is great, a little pricey for waxing but definitely great service.

kind of expensive and wasnt very happy with my haircut. Even gave them a second chance but second hair cut was equally as bad.
