Purchased a Groupon for Maria at JAD and I am sure that she does a fine job cutting hair, but Ill never know because I cant get a hold of her and got a refund from Groupon instead. Tried calling multiple times, tried texting as is suggested on her website, tried emailing. I understand she is probably busy being that it is a top selling Groupon, but maybe hire an assistant to take your phone calls and manage appointments? Or at the very least, respond to missed messages...
