ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I just wanted my split ends cut off, and suddenly I have multiple layers of random disgusting hair. Not only did the stylist do everything I specifically asked her not to do, but she took 10 min to cut off all my hair, which usually takes about 45 minutes because I have thick hair. UPDATE: The manager Samantha completely fixed up my hair and apologized and was super polite, she even apologized after the lady who cut my hair harassed me when he saw that I came back unsatisfied. Just because I had a bad experience, doesnt mean you will. Its a hit or miss!

These donkeys can even handle a buzz cut... Cant charge their clippers, cant read the number 4, cant take direction, and charge you for a hair cut they butcher.
