I was looking for a new salon and this place far exceeded my expectations! I called for a color change appointment and was offered several appointment times within the next week. When I arrived, I didnt wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Theres a refreshment bar that you can help yourself to while you wait which was great. I was also given a tour of the place by the owner who was so welcoming and nice! I think the staff are very sociable and I saw them helping each other out with different needs which says a lot about their good teamwork, especially being such a busy place. I had my hair done by Sophia and she did an excellent job. She told me everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions. I love the way that my hair turned out! The price I paid is about what I have paid at any other salon and isnt too expensive. Definitely fair and affordable! I will definitely be coming back in the near future for another appointment. Highly recommend!

The hair stylists always do an amazing job on my hair and are always very kind and easy to talk to. On the other hand, out of all the times I have called to schedule an appointment, there was only one time that the person scheduling my appointment was kind and very helpful. The rest of the time, I have been treated rather rudely and I feel like they could care less about helping me get an appointment. I have only ever been kind on the phone with them. Also, 80% of the time I call, nobody answers. I will leave a voicemail with my name and number and I never get a return call.

I found the salon from Google because I was new to the area and made an appointment with Lacey, a "new" stylist I had picked out from their awesome website. Lacey is great stylist and gives THE BEST SHAMPOOS!! The salon is cute, clean, and convenient!
