While the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere beautifully decorated, I was completely disappointed with my hair. I asked for a meltdown gradient effect (from brown to blonde) and i ended up with some random orange-like highlights (meltdown is NOT highlights). On top of this, the stylist (Leah) left my hair dripping wet, didnt comb it all the way through, and I paid $100 and when I asked for a refund, I was denied over and over. When I posted on the facebook page, it was REPEATEDLY deleted. Now, every employee is posting about how great the stylist both on the page and here.

I have been coming here for over ten years and I will never go anywhere else again. It is always a fun evening when I go in for my appointment! I go to Leah and she never disappoints - I always LOVE what she does with my highlights and she is the best at suggesting a style that is perfect for my hair. I would definitely recommend any of the stylists there to anyone!

Love, Love, Love the awesome job Leah Jacobs did with my color and cut!!! I have super dark, super THICK brown (ok, its probably closer to black than brown~but Im in denial) and she just put the most beautiful blond highlights in it! I could not be happier! I totally recommend her to anyone needing a color or cut for that matter!!! Thanks Leah!

I love going to Inspirations! Their positive energy and spirit always brightens my day. Tiffany has been my hair stylist for over 15 years. I moved from Indianola to Des Moines several years ago, but I still drive to Inspirations because I know my pixie cut and need for fun conversation will be well served!

While Dana is my "main" stylist, Ive also had Tiffany and Leah cut my hair. I have never left the salon disappointed. Not only are they skilled stylists, they are truly wonderful people. And if you havent tried Essence/Donnelle for a massage, I highly recommend that also!
