I went there for the first time today and I was very impressed. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. When I walked in the door, the receptionist asked if I would like something to drink. The stylist was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She gave me two scalp massages and washed all of the excess hair out of my hair when I was done. When I was ready to leave they gave me some coupons to come back again. I loved my experience there and will most definitely be a regular customer there. It was worth every penny.

I have never been to a salon so many consecutive times. Ive been going to Betsy Stow for almost two years now and she remembers every single detail - like how I like my eyebrows or my bangs or my haircut. Ive never left disappointed or feeling like I paid too much and everyone is so friendly. I love this salon and my stylist!!!

The spa looks great and the customer service was nice. However I went in for a simple touch-up eyebrow wax. I didnt realize how much was taken off until I got home. Im very upset. I will have to spend the next month or so growing them out and searching for a better salon to get my eyebrows waxed in ames.

My wife has went to Aveda Salons across the country and is loyal to them because of the quality they provide and great customer service we have experienced. We advised our daughter to visit Serenity and she was treated terribly. Very disappointed.

Had my daughters hair done as she was a flower girl a wedding. Her updo fell out and looked like a horrible mess before we even left the mall. Really upsetting on an already busy day.

I was charged for services I didnt want and wasnt informed of but beyond that, the stylist brushed my hair roughly while blow drying which resulted in a lot of cowlicks
