Jason is the consumate "professional" in every manner of how he manages is business, projects, and customers. We had an odd-ball remodel, both outside (Grading - Landscaping) and inside (New basement addition). Jason made sure that he and I were one the same page with what needed to be addressed. He made sure to include the landscaping sub-contractor in those discussions so the "All" were in agreement with what needed to be done. He checked in often, but allowed the work to flow in a natural manner. We talked before critical decisons were made (Again, to customer focus) so that I was not surprised by anything. Before the warranty was up, I checked in with him and let him know a couple of things outside needed to be addressed. Within 24 hours, I was meeting with Jason and the landscaper. We agreed on a plan and it was executed. While this may not seem important, I have watched too many times where, once a builder has your money they wont answer the phone, get back to you, follow through with thier committments. Jason took the exact opposite approach and thus has earned my strongest recommendation. His work will be high quality, fairly priced, and in my opinion, you will be very glad you worked with him.
