Was told he could do a project for us and quoted a price. Was billed for double what was quoted because he brought someone along to help him, so we were billed double what he originally quoted. Later find out that permit was never pulled for work he did and now we have to pay to have it all re-done. Called and left a message about how he could help us with the fact that a permit was never pulled and he never returned my call. Would not reccommend Reynolds Construction to my worst enemy. DONT USE THEM!
