We recently had a new Lennox heat pump installed that had a zoning system incorporated into it. We received our first full months bill since the system was installed, and it was about $200.00 less than the same time last year. We are very happy! We found it to be remarkable that we could turn the thermostat up a degree or two, and still stay very comfortable. I understand that is because of the units ability to regulate the amount of humidity in the house. Right now, we could not say enough good things about the unit. We had a problem with the air distribution in a couple of the rooms, but the owner came out and had that taken care of within a couple of hours. We have been using A/C Contractors since 1997 and I dont think we could ask for better service, or more personable technicians.

My AC went out on a Thursday - I called Friday morning and they were out within 10 minutes. Looked at my old units, sat down with me and thoroughly went through what was needed and the cost. Showed me what had happened to the old unit also. Wednesday the next week they had a crew out and in one day had replaced both outside, inside units, redid two ducts, relocated the return vent, replaced the thermostat unit, and cleaned out all the ducts. The crew was very kind, considerate, friendly and took great care of my house. I am very pleased with their work and performance. Could not have asked for nicer people, especially with it being 100 degrees outside. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has AC problems.

We had our A/C put in by this company several years ago and has been a nightmare every since. It has never drained except back into the unit causing wet insulation and our ceiling to cave in before it was noticed. We called them about the issue and nothing was done unless we paid the big bucks. My husband fixed it or thought he did to save us money, but it still continued to do it. Now the decking is rotten, insulation soaked again. I would not recommend them to anyone. This unit was never installed correctly obviously. Disgusted...do not ever let them or someone you use talk you into installing in your attic like they did us!

Our A/C went out and Im new to the area so I looked on the web and found A/C Contractors, the reviews were good and it had a A+ rating BBB. I called them at 4:20 pm and they sent Lewis and Brian over and they checked my unit and informed me that a new unit was reccommended. A/C Contractors called me and sent out a Customer Service Rep (Keith) within the hour. Lewis, Brian and Keith were very nice and helpful. I also like that the company is Christian Based and they also still believe in Custormer Service. I would highly reccommend this company to anyone wanting a new unit to just a repair or cleaning.

They have excellent onsite a/c customer service and maintenance. In addition to their service, their employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Another plus is A/C Contractors has a beautiful showroom with a huge selection of fireplaces and fireplace tools. This company is second to none in the a/c and fireplace business. A/C went out on saturday, called them before lunch, just after lunch they came out, their guy wore protective stuff on his feet and knew everything to do to get me back cooling quick, NO MESS- NO PROBLEMS- JOB WELL DONE! Ill will definitely be using them again!
