From the very first meeting with Chris and Roy Ragland when we presented our idea for a home they had never built before they were 100% on board and through our collaboration with them we have an amazing finished product! The quality of their work and attention to detail is the best in the business. They valued our input and provided their expertise and guidance along the way and were always available to answer our questions or meet with us face to face. Its been said that building a new home is a stressful process, but not with Homes By Chris. Chris and Roy are both very involved and hands on from start to finish so you have the confidence that the work will get done on time and with the highest quality. We chose Homes by Chris to build our dream home after admiring their amazing Parade of Homes entries over the last few years. Chris and Roy have been wonderful to work with. They have spent a great deal of time with us going over designs to make sure our home is exactly what we want. They let us know the timelines up front and also walked us through the various stages of the build so we knew what to expect. Their attention to detail is unbelievable and you can tell they take pride in the craftsmanship of their homes. Every room has a unique design element, whether it be in the trim carpentry or the materials used. Not only is the visual design beautiful, but Homes by Chris makes sure everything from the foundation to what is inside the walls is high quality as well. They stay current on all of the latest technologies that are available in the industry. If we ever build another house, we would definitely choose HBC again!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Terrible service, not at all professional or organized. Finishing work was awful. We ended up managing our own build job, not the builder that we paid a lot of money to! The model homes look nice, but they put their B team on all other projects! No following through, and terrible at time management. Choose another builder if you want a good product and a stress free experience! Notice all of the reviews were done by employees and friends since I posted my negative feedback. Funny that no one had anything to say until I did...hmm, what a coincidence.
