We are thrilled our kitchen designed by Ken Nelson of Hoffman Weber, featured in "Houzz". Our 1925 craftsman bungalow kitchen was small, crowded, with limited counter space, and our refrigerator was in the entryway by the back door. Our refrigerator is now in the kitchen area along with space for a dishwasher. We have added significant counter space . Our kitchen was a collaboration. Ken listened to concerns and ideas. We were amazed by his ideas and knowledge of design and innovation. We worked together choosing materials, and overall design concept. Anyone with a large kitchen and can do a a remodel with island and extras. The beauty of ours is that it is small, and Ken cleverly designed it, so every inch is functional and attractive. It fits fits in with the integrity of the houses craftsman style and woodwork. When friends and relatives see our remodeled kitchen, they are in awe of the transformation, one of our neighbors was inspired to remodel her kitchen. Working with Ken, we were able to have a beautiful kitchen, beyond or expectations, on a reasonable budget.

I typically dont respond much to door to door representatives, but when Vic showed up to ask about my roof and possible hail damage, I let him climb up to look and Im glad I did. I had previously been told I didnt have hail damage, but he worked with me, the insurance company and got it all worked out. The crew that came out was great! On time, professional, neat and fast. Zach handled that part of it and then came out about a week later to do a full inspection. He too, was very professional, making sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. Mike and Krista helped me with the financial part of everything, going above and beyond to help me with the deductible and the insurance checks. I had never had an insurance claim on my home before and Hoffman Weber Construction did a great job all around helping me with the original estimates, the repair, the paper work, working with the insurance co. and making sure I was a satisfied customer. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They were suppose to come to my house to give me a quote on some windows and door installation but they cancelled my appointment twice. The first time, they called me to reschedule the morning of the appointment because the person who was suppose to come, couldnt come anymore. The second time, they called me AN HOUR before the appointment. I asked WHY they were cancelling my appointment this time when my appointment was confirmed 15 hours ago and she said that it was because a big HAIL STORM hit a couple homes and had significant damages that they need to repair those houses before they can come to my house for that quote Ive been waiting for weeks. THERE WASNT A HAIL STORM ANYWHERE IN MN, NOT EVEN A DROP OF RAIN YESTERDAY. Im not upset that I didnt get my quote. Im upset about how unprofessional this company is. WHAT A SHAME!! The only recommendation Im giving to people is to NOT do business with this company.

We had hail damage to our roof and rain gutters. I wanted to hire a local business rather than a storm chaser. Found Hoffman Weber on the Web. One call and they made the process easy. They came out right away to estimate, and could start the work even quicker then we needed. Brian T. Nate, and ALL the girls in the office are so friendly! The roof boss came out to just check the job, introduced himself to me...Nice man, then put his own tool belt on and solved and small issue until perfect. WOW! Impressive. We found out Brian is a "Vet" This guy does what he says a man of his word! We love to support those who have and continue to keep our country safe! We may need to replace our deck before we sell this home. I will look no further than H.W. when ready. Highly recommend! Thanks H.W. Co. Oh and they support our favorite team... Go Wild !

We hired Hoffman-Weber to re-side the front of our home. There was gable roof that had been installed over the front porch that had no flashing. Water had been seeping into the front wall for years. We found out when we found mold spores growing from the underside. Hoffman-Weber came in, went over materials, labor, and costs very thoroughly. They understood our concerns about matching the look of the rest of our 1890 home. Now that the work is done, you cannot tell the new work from the old, even though a modern concrete siding was used. The only "complaint" we have is that there were a few start delays related to weather (which they cannot help) and crew schedules (which they should be able to help). But once the work began, it was completed swiftly and professionally. We plan to use them again for a future remodel.

I contacted them in regards to getting an estimate on a new deck being put onto my house. After being called a couple times I was told they wont even do the job, NOT EVEN COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, as their website states...Obviously money hungry, they asked before denying me if I was putting windows or a roof on my house. When I responded no, they told me they werent going to do it, keep in mind we had talked for a total of less then 2 minutes!! That is NOT how you create good word of mouth and is NOT customer service. Am I planning to put windows on my house in the near future, sure....had they done my deck and done it well, would I have gone with them? Probably, but Ill be happy to give my money to another company... I wish I could rate them a 0.

Hoffman Weber recently re-roofed our house and they did a fantastic job. It only took them two days to pull everything off and put the new roof on and the crew protected our shrubs and windows while they pulled our old roof off. They kept the mess to a minimum, and trust me, there was a lot of old material and they cleaned up the nails on the ground at the end of each day. The crew members were hard workers and were dedicated to getting the job done. They were easy to talk to and helpful when we had concerns. Tim did a great job of keeping the budget in-line with the estimate and Mike was extremely helpful with any concerns we had during this experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their roof done in a timely and professional manner.

I have no construction or organization skills when it comes to commercial buildings, an expert from Hoffman Weber Construction came in explained different options and scenarios that would be good short and long term solutions for our heating loss and roof leaking. It amazed me his commitment and knowledge not just to the process but the consistent follow up. We have already seen a savings just in the electric bills from the new roof. Our company was so impressed we have already started the process to have HWC remodel some of our larger rooms as well as looking at their basement repair for some of our employees homes. Once word spread of how smoothly the process went, several of our employees have since pursued projects with this company.
