Here is my disclaimer: I am not entirely sure what ABF U-Pack Moving I used. My paperwork says their address is on Rogers Ave, in Fort Smith. I wish I had the name of every single person I spoke with, because each was more helpful than the next, and I would like to thank them for helping make an emotionally difficult move, so much easier. I was trying to do a very small move from Iowa to California and had no idea how to do something like that. I spoke with 11 different movers. Hands down, U-Pack was the absolute best! I had lots of questions, over a 2 month planning period, and no matter when I called or emailed, I received a nearly immediate response. Everyone patiently answered my many questions. I found their online support to be great, also. I used their website to read suggestions for a successful move and even watched a couple packing videos! I also purchased packing materials from them online, and found them to be exactly what I needed and at a better price then stores. Pricing for the move was competitive, and everything happened exactly as they said it would. My cube arrived in California, and with no exaggeration, everything looked exactly as I had packed it in Iowa, one week and 1800 miles earlier. Thank you to everyone at ABF U-Pack Moving. Your professionalism and kindness is so very much appreciated!

This was the first time I am using a service like U-Pack. In past I have always used moving companies directly. Had read through numerous positive feedback and hence thought of giving it a try but was a little skeptical. From the start till the finish the experience was awesome. I was moving from Iowa to NC. It was notified to us that it would approximately take 7-9 business days to get to NC after trailer is picked up at the origin address, it actually took only 3 or 4 business days. I was not ready with a property at NC end as I was expecting it a week after when it actually reached the Service Center. They happily kept the trailer in service center and also made an exception for me in delivering the trailer to destination address and picked the trailer on the same day. I would like to specifically mention that the NC (Belmont) service center picked the trailer after loading on the same day as I requested it because my HLA would not have allowed overnight stay. So, I strongly appreciate their help, and would strongly recommend UPack as they are truly customer focused and attempt everything to keep customers happy. Thanks U-Pack.

The good news is that everyone connected with this company is kind and helpful. The bad news is that after I found out where I was moving, and had my stuff in storage, I learned that they dont deliver into the city I was moving to. I dont know why this is, perhaps its something to do with city ordinances. If that is the case then its not the fault of the company, though the reason is yet to be determined. The idea of having to get a truck and hire someone to move me from the storage unit into a truck then into my apartment, regardless of whose fault it is, makes me want to throw up.
