I almost NEVER complain about a business. But the service I received from Two Men and a Truck Golden Valley MN location was absolutely despicable. Not the reputable company I thought they were. :( Was quoted a move with 2 stops (storage unit and final move location) to drop off big pieces of furniture. Was quoted 2.25 to 4.5 hours. When the movers arrived they refused to move anything but what was going to the storage locker. Stated they needed to go home because they needed to work in the morning. I asked if I could reschedule for a time that the services quoted could be provided. They said no, I was already being charged for the hour drive to my apartment and the hour drive back. They broke the exit sign outside my apartment door. Services quoted (2 stops and up to 4.5 hours) were not given. I paid nearly $450 for less than half the work to be done which was quoted and agreed upon. When we contacted the Golden Valley location, we were told there was nothing they could do. I would highly recommend not using these movers. They will show up, refuse to do half the work because "this wasnt our move" "we were given this job last minute because the other crew is running behind" "I cant be working much longer, I am supposed to work in the morning". We will be filing complaints with the BBB and Minnesota attorney general.

Not a big fan of paying these guys $125/hr to drive a truck. Thats basically what it amounts to because their clock starts ticking once they leave their facility in Golden Valley and you also have to pay them to drive back to their facility. I moved some inventory from a small storage facility to another a couple of blocks away but did not want to deal with the headache of renting a truck myself. Our move was just over two hours including travel time, so I paid about $150 for the move and $125 for the guys to drive back and forth to the shop 30 minutes each way.

I went today to Two Men to purchase an oversized box to ship an unwieldy item. Instead of just selling it to me, seeing how overwhelmed I was with the project, THREE people took it upon themselves to carefully wrap it up for me and carry it back to my car. This was a major project (I had no idea what I was getting into) and I cant begin to say how very grateful I am to them! So kind and so caring! Thank-you so much!!!

The guys from Two Men and a Truck were great. Hard workers and very polite. They didnt blink an eye at the extent of packing that was needed or at having to go to the end of the hall on the second floor. These guys were prompt and communicated well. It was a joy working with such experienced guys who were eager to please. I would recommend your company in a heartbeat.

I would never use them again. I contracted them to move from a townhouse to a single home from Plymouth to Coon Rapids area. The movers were so extremely rude. Manager woman ended up coming to my house to apologize. They also did damage some of my furniture and did not use padding/wraps as I expected them to. Horrible company..never never never again

Great experience. Two motivated professionals who where on time, listened to what we wanted and delivered. Handled a really heavy commercial Nordic track with care and readily accepted some last minute changes in stride. Used Two Men before in 2 different states, same experience. Highly recommended.
