1st Class Movers in Eden, MN Better late than sorry for a review! lol I felt terrible about moving a couple of years back, once I called the company they made me feel really comfortable. The gentleman on the phone sounded very professional and confident about what he was doing and since it was a 4 bedroom house that I we were moving out from - we scheduled an on site estimate. My move took 2 days to be completed. Obviously it was a lot of things that we have gathered over the years. I have a collection of small statues, ceramics and other miscellaneous items, that hold both a great significant and material value. When the estimator came, (Im sorry I forgot his name) we looked through the entire house. Took about an hour. We have 3 kids living here, so stuff is everywhere. More than anything, a lot of anime figures and collectibles lol but he did get a clear picture what needed to get done. So the first day, we had 5 guys with a whole lot of boxes and bubble wrap come by. Took them a full day to pack everything once they got into the kitchen and my room, where I store my collection. Ive got to say I was not sure theyre doing the right thing of how they pack until the end of my move. Nothing was broken, everything stayed in one piece, I mean not even a plate or glass! I was very impressed. Nathan, Art, Colton, Jeff and Brian worked as a team throughout the process. They prepared everything the day before. Wrapped all the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap. They wrapped all my paintings and TVs in to cardboard and bubble wrap. Everything looked so nicely packed! I remember moving into the house back in the day and it was a good move, but nothing as good compared to this. I have a very big sectional, its bulky and heavy, because of the recliner, but they guys grabbed it like nothing. They disassembled the beds on the move day, covered the box springs and mattresses. I can go all day listing what they did, but one thing for sure everything was top notch. The best part about everything is that they beat the time that was estimated to me. The packing day did take the full day, but the move was done 3 hours faster than anticipated!!! Couldnt have asked for a better service! I certainly recommend them to anyone looking for movers that actually care for what they do!

We had a confirmed appointment on 6/24 for moving from 1-3pm. Quoted estimate for 4 hours was $540. After numerous calls to the number listed, at 3:42pm on 6/24 we received a call saying the movers would be there in 2 hours. At 7:33pm they finally arrived 6.5 hours late. We were told blankets and equipment were included, we were not told that it would be extra to tape them. There were 3 movers initially, but once we told them we wanted our items taped one walked off the job. The list of negative events that occurred from the time the move started are as follows: - Items that were damaged due to them not being covered and taped properly are cabinet legs broken due to it being dragged and tilted on 2 of the legs, end table was shattered & is unusable, headboard stain is stripped and damaged, sofa leather is ripped, love seat bottom is ripped, mattress is messed up from being bent and tied down (wasnt necessary), damage to walls that we just had painted. - Manager was taking personal calls and answering texts - Manager forgot the screws to the bed so we had to go back to get them - Manager was on the phone loudly arguing with his supervisor outside of our home at 2:40am After completing the move, the manager came to us for signatures for payment confirmation. We told him we were disputing the charges because they were 6.5 hours late, it cost us out of pocket expenses due to them being late, the job took double the amount of time that was estimated for only a 3 room job with no boxes, small items or appliances and we had damaged property. We asked the supervisor, Sal, how he was going to remedy this and he told us he wasnt doing anything about it and we would have to file a claim. We told him that was unacceptable and that we would come to the office 6/25 to discuss payment. He repeatedly said no and we would have to pay in full. We said no. Manager told him to call us on our phone and the workers left. We never received a call and our account was charged. We had several estimates & all said 4 hrs.

I had a poor experience with this moving company. They were careless with moving our items by literally throwing them around resulting in damaged items. After they had loaded the truck, they said they had to take the truck back to headquarters to change out drivers due to one employee exceeding their allotted hours to work. I found that strange as we were not told that this could happen. So, after two hours we had not heard as to what/where the truck with our belongings was. I called headquarters multiple times and noone could be clear about what was going on. After 4 hours, they finally arrived at our residence to unload the truck. But it was the same two loaders, even though they said they had to switch out the driver. So we waiting for 4 hours, with no idea of where our truck was, actually starting to wonder if we had been scammed. When it came to unloading they were again careless with our items. Cracks were left in furniture, tears in the sofa and broken glass items. And not to mention, the movers were unable to move our couch up a flight of stairs. After trying one stairway, they insisted on using another even though I had asked them not too as I knew there was no way it would fit. As a result of them not listening, they left gouges in our drywall and we were fined by our landlord for the damages. (Two friends of mine were able to move the couch up the stairs within 10 minutes.)The company refused to compensate us and 10 months later, we are still in the claims filing process. It just wasnt worth the stress. I am regretting working with them unfortunately.

Worst moving experience I have ever had! I took half the day off to make sure I could be available for the time slot they gave me which was 11-3. By 3 nobody had shown up. I called to ask when someone would be coming and they informed me they didnt know if they could move me because there was rain and if I could move the following day. We told them We had to move out that day due to my lease ending. At 3:30 pm they said someone would be on there way in 15 minutes. By 5PM nobody had showed up! I took half the day off for no reason, as did my significant other. Management kept insisting for an hour and a half the movers left to our home "15 minutes ago" even though we lived less than 2 miles from their location. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the manager he told me he would cancel my move all together. The customer service and LYING and Waste of my time was terrible. It seems they are very disorganized and forgot to schedule our move and then blamed it on some light rain and wouldnt offer us a discount and instead threatened to cancel the move. They did offered to upgrade my moving truck... to a "brand new truck" which I didnt care about as it didnt cover the PTO I had to take from that day. The actual movers were great and a pleasure to work with. I tell everyone not to use this company.
