We used this company to move some of our larger furniture and because they said they move pianos. So on our moving day they show up with a truck with a long ramp. We mentioned that they are moving a piano and they said they brought the wrong truck so they would have to have someone come with another truck. They clearly were not prepared to move our piano. They had no piano moving equipment and the wrong truck. Fortunately we had our own company truck with a lift gate so we used our truck to move the piano. It took them an extra long time to move our piano out of our lower level patio door and then when we got to our new home they said they could not use the path that goes to the rear of our new home where there is another patio door to easily move our piano into our lower level where we wanted it. So they left it in a room on our upper level and now we have to hire some "real" piano movers to move it to our lower level. We let the foreman know we were not happy and felt we should get a deduction because they used out truck to move the piano and they did not deliver as they promised. The foreman was cocky and said "we should charge you extra for the extra work". They were unprepared for our job, the foreman was very unprofessional and we were lied to about their abilities to move pianos. Very unsatisfied.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! The highest level of professionalism. Within 10 minutes of the movers arriving and starting to pack up the house I watched my wifes stress level decrease by 99%. They were courteous polite and professional. As soon as Will and his crew arrived they put us at ease. they handled all of our things with care and made sure everything was protected and handled carefully. They made sure there was no mess left behind once everything was packed up. Talk about impressive when it came to unpacking at the new house . I dont know how they maneuvered that big semi-trailer into the long winding driveway. It was incredible. The crew made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at the new place as well. I would give CITY MOVERS 10 Stars if I could. I would recommend CITY MOVERS to everyone they will make your move easy and stress free. Well worth the money.

We moved out of a condo unit with 2 additional storage units within the building. Being on the 2nd floor the elevator was a necessity. But elevators are a hassle when doing multiple trips etc. The guys who came out (2) were on time, friendly and very careful with our belongings. We were impressed with how carefully they wrapped furniture and other fragile pieces. They were thorough and efficient. We didnt know what to expect as we hadnt moved household on this scale before. We were really pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and how smoothly everything went. We would definitely work with this company again. THANK YOU!

I came into this fully expecting to give this company 5 stars. The movers were very fast and did a good job however, I was misquoted a price and ended up paying more than I should have had to pay. The owner told me that he typically requires a 3 hour minimum but that he would waive this requirement for me as a courtesy due to my situation. He did not honor his word. Your word is everything. The movers scratched my bookcase and failed to wrap my television and my framed artwork as I asked. I reached out to the owner with no reply. They still cashed that check though! Never again.

We were moving from a 2 bedroom apartment. We were given a ballpark amount of $800 and guaranteed 3 men and a truck. One was a female. They charged us $1500 and claimed they were there for much longer than they were. They arrived at 10 (2 hours late) and at noon took a 1 1/2 hour lunch. They were gone by 4:15 and charged us until 6:15. On top of all that , they did not take our belongings to our new home. They took them back to their office and didnt deliver it until the following night. The owner would not accept our calls. TERRIBLE company!! Stay away!!!

Such a great job. They were on time, every time and so flexible with our moving needs. We ended up needing them last minute to move things into a garage, then into our new house and they found a way each time to get it done. Then when we lost the control panel of our treadmill, they sent someone to our house and found the piece in 10 minutes. I spent hours looking for it. Then the gentleman stayed and put it together! Highly recommended.

We had City Moving and Storage move our home belongings and they did a great job. Part of the moving involved moving my work shop equipment from basement to basement. They took apart my table saw to get it through the basement door and reassembled it again in the workshop. They were fast and friendly. They actually charged us less then their original estimate. I would recommend City Moving and Storage to anyone needing a move.

I cannot say anything but great things about the crew they sent out, professionals all the way. They work with great speed and care, nothing got damaged. The three guys who executed this move for us did at outstanding job. They were Bobby, lead mover, with his assistants; Andy and Shane. All 3 were friendly and courteous. They arrived on time and worked carefully and quickly. No damage and removed all the empty cartons for us that day. We can certainly recommend them to anyone of a need of a cost effective and incident free move.
