I have never been so irritated in my life and I have never been given a reason to be rude to someone on the phone until today. I finally got ahold of someone today after two weeks of trying and he was the most RUDE representative Ive EVER dealt with! It reflected extremely poorly upon the uhaul in Mankato on Madison. I had to extend my storage unit by three days because I was put on active duty orders for the military and I had to pay for another entire month. I will not go to this uhaul for any of my needs anymore. Worst experience ever!

Staff was immensely helpful. They did everything they could to assist us with a equipment rental; however it was clear management does not do their part in training their staff with equipment installation nor proper equipment maintenance that led to an extreme inconvenience to us on a cross country move. Would not recommend to others until management is changed.

It was really easy to rent a UHAUL truck for our moving day! It also saved us lots of money when compared with hiring a moving company. This location also offered after hours drop-off, which was very convenient for us!

The owner is very willingly to help the customer, but only one employee was available, so I needed to wait in the line for a while!
