We paid over $17K for a move from IA to TX. The sales associate reassured us on multiple occasions that we would get our stuff within 5 days of pickup even gave a day specifically. Then when the truck arrived they tell us it will be a week and half later. The manager response was " you signed a contract" that is it. This company lacks professionalism and device to the people. They didnt care that my job, my kids would get affected directly. They didnt care that we would be without food and clothes all because they liked about the service they can provide just to get the contract signed-complete misrepresentation.

WhIle comany contacts were nice, the move was handled poorly. No updates resulted in furniture arriving without notice and ahead of schedule. House hold arrived at destination with damage to every single box, major damage to furniture, furniture torn apart during transportation and missing furniture. I have moved eight times and this ranks as one of my worst.
