DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY!!!! This moving company delivered my mattresses from Simmons today. Yesterday I assembled my brand new bed that I purchased from another retailer. One delivery driver was downstairs and the other delivery driver decided not to wait for his partner and shoved the box spring over my new bed. I did not notice the delivery person tore my leather footboard until a few hours later. I contacted the moving company and I spoke with Robert Estrada. He asked that I send him pictures, which I complied. I waited several hours with no response. I contacted him and he stated that he could not possibly see how his mover caused the damage. I have not even had this bed assembled for 24 hours. This person was the only one who removed my old mattresses and forced the nex box springs onto my bed without the aid of his partner, which caused the tears in my footboard. The company denies any responsibility and lacks any level of customer service. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

I had never moved out of state, and the receiving state used Kings here and then they handled things on the other end. The two man crew was arrogant and cared absolutely nothing about my belongings! I specifically requested that a few things that were family heirlooms get packed extra special so that they were not damaged in the move. The one in charge scoffed at my request and proceeded to toot his horn about his packing skills and how he had never broken anyones things. Well on the other end there was PLENTY that was damaged; furniture, dishes, and a bathrobe that they used to wrap my Dads casket flag in. The movers on the receiving end made several comments about the way things were packed and even the way they were inventoried. Saying they had never seen such a bad packing job, and called Kings moving "lazy". I will NEVER use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This moving company is absolutely TERRIBLE! They lack in customer service and have no regards for the customers property. I had a leather couch and loveseat delivered today, only to have it torn in 2 places before it was even in the house!! The 2 guys the company sent out had no remorse for the couch that they ruined, as if this is something that takes place often. One of the men then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted big furniture I needed to have a bigger house. I will never use or refer anyone to this unprofessional, half-assed company.

The WORST delivery experience I have ever had!!!!!!!! So far these idiots have managed to help me miss an entire day of work (one morning and one afternoon) and I STILL do not have my product!!!! The wost part is that even when I asked to speak to manager, Dan Gilman, he didnt even apologize for my inconvenience! It was the least he could have done. DO NOT USE KINGS MOVING AND STORAGE. Completely unorganized and rude!!!!!!

Kings Moving and Storage handled a delivery from iometro for us. The unit arrived early, and Rob from KM & S stored it for me several days, at no charge, until we were able to accept delivery. Then Ryan and Jodie delivered the unit with just one days notice. They put everything together, removed all the boxes and packing, and didnt damage our home at all in the process. Great experience all around.

They were not very accomodating. I couldnt get them to deliver after 4 pm. I had to take off half a day from work to fit into their schedule. They couldnt give me an exact time theyd be there. They seemed too busy for me. They dont deliver on weekends either.
