Going with Courtesy Movers was the best decision we made when moving out of our apartment. After spending all day packing up most of our 900+ sq. ft apartment, we were wiped out getting everything into the truck. We originally hired Courtesy Movers to move a piano, but after packing up the truck and someone having a knee injury, we made the decision to see if they could help us with our truck when they came by with the piano. They priced us out and it was very reasonable! We were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the price reasonable, but they were very efficient. They had an appointment after us and they were able to get everything out and in an upstairs apartment in less than an hour. We were astounded. We know we wont be in this apartment forever. We already know we are going to hire Courtesy Movers the next time we move. We are so thankful they were able to squeeze us in and get everything done in under an hour. We cannot thank them enough.

Was told the crew would be there at 10:00 and they didnt show up until 11:00. In the quote I was told it would take 6-7 hours and it felt like the crew was dragging to take full advantage of this quote. I heard many items/boxes fall and since we are building we moved our items into a storage unit and will not know what was broken until months down the road. While taking apart our bed they damaged the wall (drywall was showing) and then they had to take the laundry room door off the hinges and they did not put it back. I texted the owner pictures of the damage to the wall and never heard back from him. They also did not bring a big enough truck and we had to borrow a family members truck so they could load that as well. I felt very calm going into moving day because of all the great reviews but boy was I wrong!!!

I rate Courtesy Movers a 5 star excellence! They moved our furniture on 09/27/14. I was a bit curious how it was going to turn out because I had never heard of them before. But they came and moved our furniture very quickly!! We ended up adding furniture because they were going so quick! It only took the 3 of them an 1 hour and 1/2 to move everything from one location to the next and get everything in the new place. We were so impressed!! When our lease is up next year we will be sure to call them back to come again! Thank you so much for your service, being professional, and friendly! The only advice we would give is to make t-shirts with Courtesy Movers on it, and the van they use put the name on it as well. To brand them self.

I am so glad I hired courtesy movers!! They are EXCELLENT!! They truly live up to their name. They are very efficient, courteous, true to their word and the thing I like about them most is that their prices are reasonable. I am very grateful for them. They were available at the last minute to help me out when I needed them the most. I cant say enough nice things about them. I called this company last minute and The owner Josh answered the phone, answered all my questions, gave me an accurate quote, provided me with THREE movers, and was very very nice! The guys did show about 35 minutes late due the rainy weather. But once they arrived they got straight to work. The three guys were soooo cool, conversational and they worked so hard and fast. My move was done in two hours. I will recommend this company to any and everyone. We did tip each mover and they deserved it plus some. Seriously, great moving company, great team. I was impressed! We recently had Courtesy Movers move us to our new house. They were very flexible in accommodating our needs (we packed one day and unloaded the next). They provided exceptional protection for all of our valuable items, wrapping them in moving blankets, plastic wrap and even cardboard where it was necessary. The moving crew were courteous and friendly and made sure that our move was handled with utmost care. We would definitely recommend Courtesy Movers to anyone looking for an excellent moving company.

Friendly, quick, courteous, and all around perfect. They did an amazing job, I was thoroughly impressed. Nothing was broken, they had their own tools to dismantle some furniture and then set it up again. They were very efficient, very careful with our belongings and took extra care with our walls, floors, etc. We had an issue with a gun safe but the guys remained cool and got the job done. Would highly recommend Courtesy Movers and wouldnt hesitate to use in the future.

Courtesy Movers are superb! Setting up the appointment was simple. Earl, Shawn and Anthony did an excellent job. They were polite, conscientious, efficient and had great personalities. Even though it was pouring down rain, my possessions were well protected. Their rates are more than reasonable, about half of every other KC moving company I called. I dont plan to ever move again, but if I do, Im calling Courtesy Movers!

The other KC movers i had reached, conveyed they got delayed and I called Courtesy movers. Josh was able to accommodate the request on the same day with his crew. He helped me quickly pack and co-ordinated the shift effectively. Things were moved without a scratch and were right on the estimated time. The total rate came out lesser than the estimation by other movers, I would any day recommend Josh and his team for KC moves.
