I was planning a move to include storage. As you can imagine, I was very nervous about placing my items in a moving companies care. With all the horror stories about moving companies, it didnt set well with me. I called a few movers, and received numerous estimates. What stuck out the most to me, and made a lot of business sense was the following: Superior Moving and Storage estimator Luis was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. He advised when considering a moving company for storage; you should actually take the time and go look at their storage facility may have Well that turned out to be fantastic advise.Besides being time consuming, and somewhat of a pain; it taught me a great lesson on movers. Out of four estimates, 2 moving companies made excuses and said for "Insurance Reasons", customers were not allowed in the warehouse. This was all a crock of S___! I did some research and they didnt even have storage warehouse and were operating from a store front in coral springs. This was a well recongnized name two men and a truck. The other moving company allowed me to come with some reluctance when I got there I knew why, the place looked more like a garbage dumb then a storage facility. The last two being Superior Moving & United Van Line. Both allowed me to access with out hesitation. Superiors Storage was spotless and well maintained with security cameras everywhere. United was clean as well and a good operation. The people at Superior were alot more friendly and the price was a little less the Uniteds price. Superior just seemed to care about earning my business. I waited until the items were delivered back to my new home after six months of storage. The move went from Parkland Florida to Storage and then to Cleawater Florida. The price Superior Moving quoted was the exact price I paid, and the move went perfect. Everything was wrapped and protected upon picking up the items. Everything was labeled and accounted for once recieved in Cleawater. The movers that picked my items up in Parkland were very professional and took great care wrapping everything in either moving blankets or plastic wrapping, just like Superiors advertisements and estimate stated. Everything arrived in perfect Condition and im so glad I took Luiss advice and took the time to really research the movers I had begun interviewing. If not for Luiss advise i may have just picked a mover based on fancy advertisement mailed to me. Lesson learned, do your homework on the mover you want to engage with. Its your valuables and keepsakes and for me the most important my memories i was trusting to a moving company. Superior Moving really did a great job and gave such helpful advice I am grateful to them for a move well done.

I have worked with Superior Moving & Storage on a the Commercial and Residential side of business. My first experience was working with Brett Goranflo on the Commercial side moving our company from 1 location to 2, 1 of which was from North Kansas City to Hazelwood, MO the other to Lenexa, KS. He was very professional and thorough from our first conversation over the phone to the time we shock hands at the end of our move. Because of the exceptional service/experience on the Commercial side of business with Brett I asked Superior to move my home from Kansas to Missouri. I worked with Brian Sharp, he too was very professional and thorough. I can say that both my experiences with Superior were fantastic, everyone team member was friendly, quick, cautious (treated our materials as if they were their own)and the rates received were very fair with the local competition they have. I have referred colleagues and friends to Superior for service. Superior stands behind their name and has never disappointed me as a customer. Unprofessional, cost over runs, poorly packed so all goods damaged... Writing this review so you can avoid being ripped off, messed around and heartbroken Had the family heirlooms out for them, photographed, and itemized and got a bid... which they later viewed as an estimate--- they moved like snails, ran way over time for such a few items and it was not professionally packed. So when shipped 5 boxes- they arrived in fine condition but everything inside was broken or damaged.. heavy things were packed on top of fragile things. Many items - crystal and such were shattered and the company was not even apologetic and demanded the fees and invoked their .39 cent per pound default insurance as they did not offer more coverage. The cost of what could be repaired was $2500 dollars and we paid them $1900 on top and they gave us about 57.00 for repairs ! Decided to repack everything at additional cost

I was surprised to learn that Superior Moving & Storage had been locally owned and operated by the same family since 1914. As a woman, I was very impressed that Superior Moving and Storage is a woman owned corporation. I spoke with several of their clients prior to making my decision to use Superior Moving and Storage as my mover. So glad I made the right choice. My move went as smooth as silk. They stayed in touch with me through every detail of the move, answered all my questions, were prompt, efficient giving me a worry free move. Thank you Superior Moving & Storage.

Superior Moving & Storage was awesome to work with- very professional. their bid was exactly what I paid for them to move our commercial office. The movers were respectful and professional and very helpful in allowing our staff to work as they prepared, packed and moved us into our new office space. The time it took to get moved was less than the estimate we were given. I have recommended Superior Moving to other offices who were also pleased with their work that was done. I give them 5 stars or a A+ rating!

Unbelievable customer service and excellent logistical skills. Moving at anytime is a stressful and confusing with so much change going on all at once. We had to move our office where we had been for almost 30 year so you can imagine the "stuff". On top of this add on that during the move we are providing service to our customers. Superior made this all very easy, on time and for less than we had been quoted. Great Team. They were recommended to us by one of our clients, great advice.

Superior moving and storage moved our daughter into her first apartment flawlessly! From our first meeting with Brian to discuss the daunting logistics, to the day of the move meeting the three amazing, kind and courteous gentleman who made the day about as stress-free as it gets, we were thrilled/ecstatic/filled with happiness!! (Do you kind of get we were absolutely sold on Superiors great service?!) If there was an Olympic event/sport for moving, they would get a Gold medal! Bravo!

We used this company to move and I would not recommend them. They failed to offer the repair and replace insurance, but did offer $.60 per pound for damages. They damaged our dryer and ruined a table, that came to $168.00 restitution. Somewhere in this process they managed to turn about a half dozen boxes upside down, that made unpacking interesting. For the money they request for a move, their service comes pitifully short.

I used Superior for my office move two weeks back. From the very start, it was an easy and efficient process. Brett came out and did the walkthrough and I received his estimate within 24 hours. The crew was very professional and worked extremely hard, especially in the humidity. My staff and I were VERY impressed!! I would highly recommend Superior Moving & Storage for any company looking to relocate their business.
