So where to start? I originally made a reservation for a day. Couple days later decided I wanted to move a little earlier then scheduled, I called in and spoke with someone, dont remember his name, at the start when he answered he sounded like he didnt know what he was doing, so I told him I wanted a earlier date said ok got it on Monday from noon to 4, I said sounds good could you please change it to me, said yes. We agreed after I made sure 10 times he had changed the date. I then get a message on Monday saying my truck would be there on the originally date I had. They really screwed me on this. Last time I will ever use u pack.

Received outstanding service and support from the ABF/U-Pack team. I had a complicated time trying to move from Oahu, HI- Missouri and most of the moving companies i contacted were little to no help. I talked with multiple people on the phone and cant express how much it impressed me that they cared about my specific situation and did everything they could to work with me. I will recommend U-pack for any of my friends that need help moving.

Timely pick up and Delivery. They did jam the 2 wheeler dolly in and broke a pot and a mirror. The driver said it wasnt him so he didnt care. Its a good alternative but too many hands touch the freight and there is a lot of chance to damage and nobody cares. All in all they got the job done. Drop down shelves help get the most out of the space.

ABF was the best recommendation I have ever received from a friend. I highly recommend them for all of your moves and relocations! I used them to move from the East coast to KC, MO, and I had the best experience with them. Their quote was VERY reasonable, and they have the best customer service Ive seen in a while. Keep it up, ABF!

My Grandson moved from Kansas City to Tacoma, Washington. All of his stuff arrived in tack with nothing broken. He was able to pack it and then go to the terminal in Tacoma and pick it up. Great Experience. Would recommend.
