I was so impressed that Uhaul was open today after last nights tornado! We walked in and they were operating off one small generator with one light shining on the wall and just one laptop. People began to pour in, but the staff remained kind and friendly under what I can only imagine is a very stressful time for them. We got our rental as quickly as possible. David helped us and was great! We are so thankful for this location and staff for being here today!

I wasted mostly a whole day I made a reservation to hold a U-Haul when I got there I was not able to rent a truck due to a recent account from 7 years ago, if I had of known that all of that could have been taken care of earlier that day and I was racing for time because it was such late in the evening and everything was about to close.

They did a great job...but when returning and getting your credit messes the clerk up! Still checking on that credit...dont understand why it takes so long. Where I worked a credit is credited on same day...not 3 to 5 business days later.

These guys are awesome. Very helpful very professional. They make sure that you have everything you need. I would definitely recommend to anybody if youre going to use U-Haul go to these guys.

The old facility is still functional but its tight parking etc makes it challenging. Not many options in Longview so it is what it is! Cheap truck rental for quick jobs.

Quick service and over night vehicle drop off is a great option through these guys. Clean rentals and good mileage on them per gallon
