I drove over half an hour to the Tires Plus in Council Bluffs, and was pleasantly surprised. As a former tire professional, I am very picky about procedures, and safety precautions, and rarely see a tire/oil shop that would receive a return visit from me. This store will definitely be seeing my face again. As well as proper procedures/precautions, knowledgeable technicians and staff, and good warranties, the company provided extremely clean and welcoming facilities, great prices AND online coupons, and a wide selection of tires. One of the most commonly skipped steps at lazier tire shops is as simple as returning the spare tire to its proper place. After leaving this store, I opened the trunk to put in the groceries and found the spare tire fully mounted in its well, and cover back up with the carpet as good as new. Looking for tires? We had more damage to our rear brake drums than we thought, but the man at the front counter was rude and spoke to me like a child. When we came back to pick up the car, the rear drivers side tire was tilted and they tried to tell us to go get the alignment fixed. I had to convince them to check on it themselves and it ended up being they tightened the lug nuts wrong, causing it to tilt. They fixed it, but they promised us $50 off of our large purchase which never happened. I believe their mechanics do not know what they are doing and they have poor customer service. As a first time customer, they have lost me and people I know as customers.

The service manager, Megan Thomas, and her team provided fantastic service. We purchased tires at Sams Club and they were supposed to balance them. We took the car into Tires Plus a week later to have it aligned and explained the "shaking" problem weve been having and Megan said it could be the tires werent balanced. Sure enough that was the problem. Megan was such a pleasure to deal with and very understanding. Sams Club reimbursed us for the balancing cost, which was great. Sams may be a little cheaper but you are treated like a number. Tires Plus has our tire business from now on because of their great customer service!!!

Take my truck in because its backfiring and spending about $500 and the guy said it would be running back to normal wants to computer reset itself in a couple of days after got done it actually ran worse then what it was doing before I took it in to have a full tune up and then the guy looks at me and goes well its a good start so whats that mean wants me to spend more money when the hell has $500 anymore just to drop to get a vehicle it was worse in a guy says well we can run a fuel treatment does it cost about a hundred thirty bucks yeah talk about a place you do not want to go back to

Asked them to plug my abs sensor back in. Guy in the front said Ya we can do that. They did not plug it in. Looking at the "free courtesy check " sheet, they marked not missing hubcaps (i am missing 2 bc i left them at home) says all the lights work ( bottom fog loght is out). I knew about the issues before i took it in, but by looking at this sheet, its like they just marked OK on everything and didnt do anything they "pride themselves on". Bunch of oil changers. And the old guy at the desk was absolutely not helpful.

The front desk employee, Shawn was extremely rude to my wife and then to me when I returned to talk to the manager. The service manager came out and was rude towards me telling me "thats why the old management team isnt here" when he refused to honor the same price for an oil change that I have gotten for years (wanted 20 dollars more). Lots of other shops with better customer service and better prices. Lost a customer and some tire sales due to this incident. The manager didnt even attempt to rectify the situation.

Went in there the other day with my girlfriend trying to get some advice on a bent rim and getting a tire removed from said rim. The manager was extremely nice and even though he had bad news he, directed me to someone else who could help and even had one of his guys remove the tire from the rim for free

We love tiresplus! They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my car estimated the cost, and we gave them the go to work on it.. One of the parts that they thought it needed, didnt end up needing it. So they saved me a few hundred $$ !! Tiresplus is fast, efficient and honest.

Dont waste your money. If you need anything beyond tires they are completely lost. I spent over a thousand dollars here and finally took my car to Steinberg motors in omaha. They fixed my car in half a day. Tires plus tried for 2 months and only replaced parts that werent even bad.

The service I get here is usually really good, but the quality seems to go up and down over time based on the staff. Seems to me that there might be a bit of turnover here. In general I just dont trust mechanics but I probably trust this place more than anywhere else in town.

Had new 4 tires put on & they Didnt call when my car was done, so I had too call and find out if it was ready to be picked up and they said its ready so I head down there & my car has a flat tire & they didnt tell me at all. Im not happy with this place!!!

What great customer service! We were traveling through from Indiana to the Rocky Mountains, got a nail in our tire, Googled tire shops and wow. Conveniently located near the interstate AND we were well taken care of! Thanks to everyone there!

Awful. Paid for a tire inspection..they found nothing wrong. Dealership then spent a day trying to find what was wrong since I told them this place said the tire was fine. Evebtually they took a second look..giant bubble on the tire.

Went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They did not reset my oil gauge, they did not rotate my tires, which they specifically told me they did, but they did not. Makes me wonder if they even changed my oil!

I went to get my tire fix. It was beyond repair. The man was very polite and gave me a tire on sale. My only complaint was that they had fox news on the TV in the waiting area. I strongly suggest something less bias.
