Rip off business. Over charges for having work done. Takes advantage of people. Brakes were under life time warranty but they refused to honor that warranty. Corporate office told us they would honor it, this location refused to honor warranty saying something else caused the brakes to wear and go out. Ended up charging near $700 to fix brakes. Also had car for 2 days. Brakes made noise when staff was done with car, guy had to take car on a 20 minute "test drive" said he forgot to fix something. Brakes still made noise after his test drive, they blamed it on frame of car. On the way home warning brake lights came on & have been going on and off since they worked on car. Had to push pedal almost all the way to floor which after paying $700 these issues should not be happening. They refused to honor the coupons I printed off for oil change & brake service work even though they advertise they will honor any coupon. I will never take any cars to this company again. Brakes are still not fixed. Warning light is still on and brakes are still making noises. Very disgusted. Only reason we took my car here was to use the lifetime warranty we had on car, which they refused to honor that too. We are considering writing the Better Business Bur on this company. Also found a cigarette burn hole in seat after car was returned. I had put blankets in car so they would not get car dirty, they threw those off to the side, even my key chain bear was filthy dirty. We feel ripped off & taken advantage of.

Ok, I cant speak for every location, but every experience I have had with them has at least been extremely overpriced. They will attempt to replace more parts than are damaged simply because they are related. It all comes down to their being this new breed of "mechanics" that diagnose strictly with computers, and only know how to replace parts with new ones. However, most chains are this way. So my real problem is this... They sent my wifes car off with her without replacing the nut or pin on to keep one of the ball joints in. Her ball joint popped out on a turn within two miles of the shop at 96th & 370! Fortunately, there wasnt much traffic and it didnt result in an injury. The guys at Jensen treated us like idiots to think that they might even feel a little bit responsible when we could have sued. So, we were STUCK WITH THE TOW BILL and A MANGLED BALL JOINT, $200 IN THE HOLE, AND NOW WE HAD TO PAY A REAL MECHANIC TO FIX IT AGAIN. Fortunately, he was much cheaper. I pity people who have to rely on Jenson. All we wanted was a quote on an alignment.

Worst service ever. I took my car in for new replacement tires on all 4 and I was told it would be ready by the next day mid afternoon. I call later the next day to check up and they say itll be up and ready in a hour. I call 3 hours later and they tell me it wont be ready till the next day. Staff is very rude. He kept cutting me off mid sentence every time I would try to talk. He said he called these people for my rim earlier when I had called them. Then when I asked him why he didnt call me to inform me that it would take longer he said he just got off the phone with them. DO NOT GO HERE. You can get much better service elsewhere.

I had my car towed to jensen, it would crank but not start. They said my fuel pump was not recieving power and that it was bad, so they replaced it and fuel filter. I drove it for three days before it died and wouldnt start the exact same way it did before. I called them and they tried to ensure me that my pump was bad before and that this problem was unrelated or another bad pump. So i took my car somewhere else. The problem was a damaged ground wire causing my issues the whole time. I paid jensen $952 for parts and labor that were never necessary! THANKS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS I DIDNT HAVE!

I was moving cross country when my car started overheating. I stopped into an autozone to get some supplies and a mechanic waiting in line there worked at Jensen Tire. He looked at my car in the parking lot and told me to go to their shop. i went there and they got me in within an hour. They could have easily taken me for a sucker and made me get a new radiator but they didnt. They replaced what was wrong and I was on my way in under 2 hours total. Honest people with fair prices. My car drove safely the rest of the way across the country without any issues.

I got my oil changed here last month. My husband replaced my brake lights about 8 months ago so I was surprised when one of my brake lights and one of my headlights went out at the same time shortly after getting my oil changed. My husband went to change my brake lights and one of them was tightened it couldnt have been done by him 8 months ago. I highly suspect that they intentionally messed with my lights to get me to come in again, especially since they told me my brakes needed to be done immediately and gave me a quote for $650. Definitely never going back.

I took my car in to get it oil/lubed. They called when it was finished. I took the car home and popped the hood and checked the oil and oil filter. They changed neither, but charged me for it. I called them and they insisted they changed it. They did not. I inspected the oil filter and it was very dirty with months of grime on it. The oil was dark brown. If you do have work done...mark your parts before the work is done. You will soon become aware of the scam. This chain is all the same no matter what location one goes to.

Worst service in Omaha! I worked on a car that just got an "alignment" from this location. By far the worst alignment Ive ever seen. The car pulled viciously to the left and right after 25 mph. The camber was completely off on both sides. Once we called up there to get a refund they blew us off and beat around the bush... Do not go to this Jensen tire!

Front desk left unattended for long periods of time, extremely slow service even when not busy, and the worst of all they are so cheap they wont even turn the air conditioner on when its 83 degrees inside. I thought I was going to faint waiting there 3 hours for a simple tire patch repair.

Horrible service. Put the wrong tire size on my car and then when I needed a new tire 5 months later for the same exact tire I had replaced they would not let me use my warranty I had paid extra for on the tire... Waste of money and staff is very rude!
