This Midas is rude and very unorganized, came in for a regular oil change at about 1:30 the man working there said they we running 30 minutes behind I said ok thats fine Ill wait , so 5 minutes later he comes back says oh it will be over a hour, told him I cant stay so he said he would schedule me a appointment the same day at 4pm I said ok so I left came back at exactly 4 than theres another man at the counter I tell him I have an appointment he says hmm idk what that guy u talk to was talking about we still running real late, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience just stood there and that is the last Midas I will ever go to I left and went to jiffy lube on 93rd and memorial and they were Great

My brother took his veichle in for one brake line replaced. The arrogance of the cashier on duty was uncalled for. One and a half days to do this $238.00 for this service. Called 2 times to check on the progress and was told to just come get the vehicle did not have time to deal with constant phone calls I went with him and once the person realized I knew some of the techs for over 20 years now the attitude changed. If you are working in customer service you should have an attitude to please your customers not piss them off. A $35 part cost almost $200 in labor I just dont see how this is possible. I personally will recommend to any one not to use your service. Need to post and add for friendly help.

Chris and the guys did just what I needed done and nothing I didnt need. My daughters car is old and kind of beat up, but they treated me and her car with respect. They recommended a couple other things, that would have been nice to do, but were respectful of my decision to wait. They sourced the axle and wheels the same day and had the repairs all done at the end of that same day. They took the time to show me the old parts and describe the damage when I wondered about it. I was surprised to find out that most of the guys there have over 10 years working for Midas. The mechanic that did my work had been there over 25 years. I totally trust these guys and like that Im never pressured.

The entire experience was great!. I had a hole in my tire and needed to get it repaired. I called to see if they could get me in that day during my lunch break. Not only did they get me in but they were able to fix it while I waited and I still had time to grab lunch before the hour was up. The men working were so nice and friendly, they didnt try to up sale me or convince me I needed more done than necessary (which I have had happen at other tire places). I will definitely be returning to this location for other services for my car when the time comes.

Priced a front brake job, including pads and rotors, and replacing the rear wheel cylinders on a Chevy Malibu...over $700. Checking mid-quality parts at Oreillys shows a parts bill of just under $110. They want to charge over $600 in labor for this work? This work is three hours work for a shop...five diy if you have all the tools. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible Service. Charged me 600+ saying there was an issue with my ignition coils. The very next day my car still wont start and now there saying its something different they never told me about one guy when I called in was very courteous when calling in again another time I was met with some very charged racial remarks never doing business with these guys again!

I had new brakes put on at this Midas 2 months ago. I noticed some issues with noise and brake dust, so I took the car back to them. They took care of the issue without hesitation and at no charge in less than an hour. I was impressed.

Always over charged, mis diagnosed. Every one in the shop needed Head gasket repair. I took my car for 2 ND opinion and it did not need a head gasket at all. That was a while back. But still I will never bring car to them again.

I am sure they do good work, but you are going to pay for it, I was quoted $1050 for a muffler job that I took elsewhere and had it done for $400.
