Quick Lane is anything but "Quick". The use of the word quick was improperly used for this business name. I walked into the business to today in order to take advantage of their "The Works" Oil change specials that is advertised by the Ford Motor Co. on television ads. I was politely told that they were too busy to handle walk in customers and that I could make an appointment for next week. I politely declined and took my business else where. I needed to have my oil changed on my terms, not theirs. If I have to wait a week, I might as well make an appointment with Laird Noller Ford, It is much closer to where I live. I do not recommend this business unless you want to wait a week for your car to be serviced or repaired.

We have always received prompt courteous service at Quick Lane. Jerry is fantastic to work with and sees that we are well taken care of. They recently diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, but said that it was under warranty for this problem, so I should take it to the dealership. There was no charge for this service. They easily could have done the work and charged us without telling us it was a warranty issue. Their pricing is fair, and they stand behind their work. I recently purchased tires for my Jeep and am very pleased - with the cost and the customer service. Oil changes are much more reasonable than at the dealership. We will continue to do business here and highly recommend to others.

Let's see, they did not do half the work I paid for, when I pointed it out they rescheduled me for another day, then when I show up after taking more time off of work they do not even pull my truck in for an at least 45 minutes (sitting here now) after my appointment time when I made it very clear I have another appointment after this. I allowed 2 hours for what they say they need an hour and a half to do. And no one ever said sorry we forgot to do the most expensive part of the repair. Paid for oil change and coolant flush and they frgot to do the coolant flush. Also regarding the review by Bobby, ironically the big permanent sign out front says no appointment necessary!

These guys were great, service was outstanding. I see a lot of reviewers complaining about wait time... theyre on Wanamaker, expect it to be busy! The staff handled a massive workload with ease and were very professional. They had informed me my rear brake pads were basically gone and needed to be replaced ASAP and noted other issues that needed attention. Their pricing is a bit high, however I can say they did earn every bit of what was payed. Thanks to the shop manager and his team for making sure my vehicle was taken care of in the highest manner.

Went to get an aftermarket exhaust installed took them about and hour and a half and the gentleman who set up the appointment even went out of his way to come find me and make sure to give me a price first then they were proactive about letting my keep my old exhaust. Most places would have taken it and not said a thing! They made sure I was there when they put it in my truck too. I will be modding my truck more as time goes on and I will definitely return if I countinue have good service like I have.

I used to work here.. its owned by noller. Its busy from 8am to 7pm great place to work and we always try to provide the best customer service. But please understand that we got about 50 customers per day but only had 7 technitions on duty per day. We worked hard and as fast as we could... yes the wait may of been long but it was done corectly the first time. The wait and inconvenience of making a appointment is worth it. they are true professionals backed by ford...

No appointment necessary is a joke. If you stop in to get an oil change without scheduling an appointment at least week in advance, expect to wait 2 or hours or more or worse be told that they cant do it and youll need to make an appointment. Even with an appointment, youll still wait over an hour. When asked why they advertise No Appt. Necessary, they say Ford corporate makes them say it and that they will never be able to just do drop in appointments.

They were honest and accurate in their diagnosis of my vehicle issues. (I had previously checked and knew what needed to be done). When I asked to look at the items needing replaced they were willing to show me. I believe them to be honest, and based on the vehicles performance after repair Id say they are also quite good at their jobs. They offer a courtesy driver for drop-off and pickups as well.

2009 Chevy Silverado, needed front rotors and pads, didnt have time to do it myself so drop it off, next thing they want to replace everything on the truck, $700.00 to do brakes? I told them no way. I picked up the parts and did it myself for 122.00, parts at local Orielys. Guess they think I was a sucker, WRONG! Madequate my living as a mechanic for 32yrs. Dont be a sucker, shop around! PATHETIC!

Took our car to Quick Lane in Topeka for an oil change, during which they ruined our battery. Not quite sure how they ruined it, but they did. They didnt even check the battery (supposedly...even though it was a standard part of the oil change). They have refused to this point to make the situation right. CUSTOMERS BEWARE...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in case of bad experiences.

They were all very helpful but Dustin and Brian were the 2 for me and my truck they both have taken time to answer any of my question. They were very professional in their speaking with me both in person or over the phone. I was not able to get my questions answered by anyone else even the Ford dealership was no help. They have defiantly earned more of by buissnes on my truck.

Needed the fuses checking on our truck as we are visiting from out of town and our trailer lights are not working properly . The lady at the desk was so engrossed in her lunch that she ignored us. When we finally got her attention she said they would not be able to help us. We use the quick lane in Wichita for everything and have never experienced anything quite like this.

Horrible customer service. They do not stand behind the tires they sell. Our tires had a 70,000 mile warranty & barely made it to 40,000. They wanted to charge us almost as much as what we initially paid to replace tires. Harley told myself & my wife that she probably drove like a crazy soccer mom, & thats why her tires havent lasted. No longer customers.

I have been going here for year and have always been treated with respect. Dustin is a pleasure to work with and has always been honest with me. I would recommend this shop to anyone that asked.

I had a good experience here after a few not so good experiences else where. It was quick when I was there, but I could see if taking a while too as they can get really busy.
