At first glance the shop is clean and orderly. When first meeting the manager Jamie Morris, he seemed professional and overly helpful. I was shocked with my experience. I thought this would be the best body shop in the area. I hadnt gotten my car repaired yet, but a friend did have some damage to her car, so I referred her here. She felt the same at first, that they were really helpful. That was all short lived. First issue was them calling to say they couldnt get the HIDs working and would have to put a stock bulb in. They didnt take responsibility for this damage, even though it had nothing to do with the accident. Then the nightmare began. When she went to pick up her car, the repairs were unacceptable. The new door they installed and painted had scratches in it and the fender that was removed that had little to no damage in it now suddenly had to the metal chips in the paint. The front bumper that was removed for some unknown reason had several to the plastic scratches in it. It looked like it was tossed across the shop floor then reinstalled. The rear bumper was not aligned properly after they reinstalled it and the driver side which was the non damaged side suddenly had a nice sized dent in it. Not taking the car, the manager the following day denied damages, couldnt see what her complaints were referencing and asked her to pickup the car. I tried to assist and asked if we could get the issue resolved to her satisfaction. I was fully aware of how the car went in and it definitely was not acceptable how it came out. Jamie was all but professional, suddenly wouldnt talk to me about the car and kept stating she must come get her vehicle. This went round and round for a few days, all while being denied access to the owner or someone that could help us. This all changed when Jamie realized that he didnt have the check from the paying insurance party. Not only did he not have the check, but the check would be sent to her not him. Suddenly he was more than wiling to fix these issues and would pay for any unpaid rental fees while this issue was being handled. The car isnt finished yet but I would never suggest anyone trust this shop with your car. He damaged her car. hecbufchdck,check

I would like the opportunity to thank the employees at Graham body shop on Meredith for helping me out when I was in a tough situation. I had a flat tire on my pickup and the tire had come off the rim ,so it was virtually imposable to get a regular jack underneath to jack it up .I was very close to Grahams auto body and it was 30.0 "F on Jan 26 th 2017 . The manager on duty lent me a floor jack to use and was very nice ,pleasant lady . and easy to talk to and really seamed to care about other people even tho my problem had nothing to do with body work, she was very helpful and stayed a little later, even that they had closed . Just called there, as my car door handle broke. I asked him if I could get a quote and then very sternly told me he was backed up on three weeks of collision repair and to try a local mechanic, and then when I went to ask for a recommendation, he pretty much said goodbye and hung up on me, ignoring my question. I know he is backed up, but to treat customers like that over the phone, just think how he treats you in person...Ill be blunt: Hes a jerk, dont go there...Ill go elsewhere.

They did an amazing job on my car door! And it was way less than even the Ford dealership thats near by! They were upfront about everything and didnt hid anything! They werent able to find our paperwork for some reason, but they quickly got right on it! It didnt even take five minutes for them to redo it! Ill definitely be giving them my business again!

We wouldnt take our cars anywhere else. They have repaired my BMW and my wifes Nissan. You cant tell any work has been done, all repairs blend perfectly. Would highly recommend. Mattt is very easy to work with.

The entire process was really simple. They repaired my vehicle in two days and it looks really good. Really happy with everything they did.

Was there for an insurance claim. I didnt deal with this body shop but it is a very nice place. I wouldnt be scared to use their services.
