Angie and staff were very helpful! I had originally brought my car to be repaired at the Burnsville location, but since they werent able to fit it into their schedule, my car was transferred to the Fairbault location. At first I thought this may hinder the repairs, however I was very pleased with the customer service at this location! I originally had a rental car that I had to pay out of pocket as my insurance wouldnt cover it; when I spoke with Angie she told me that they have loaner vehicles (which the Burnsville location does not)! I was so relieved that I wouldnt have to pay for a rental car for the duration of the time my car was getting fixed. Upon pick up, I was told that the Burnsville location is corporate, whereas Fairbault is franchise and is it obvious! The Fairbault location was much more personable and friendly! The next time I need auto body work from Abra, I will request to have it completed in Fairbault!

Elk River location went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle and making sure Id get in back in two days with a free loaner! Rick in customer service went the extra mile to make sure it came back to me looking like it did when I first got it making sure even the headlight was up to his standards.
