I had backed my brand new 2011 car into a pillar in a parking garage resulting in a cracked taillight and some paint damage. I had called around to get a few estimates, and I wasnt liking what I was hearing. Estimates ranged from $800 to $1,500! I finally called my insurance agent to ask if he knew of any reputable auto body shops in my area, and he recommended Hopkins Auto Body. I swung by on my way home from work and they got me a reasonable estimate in about 10 minutes. I dropped my car of the next morning for repairs. Two days later, below the estimated cost and right on schedule, I picked my car up and it literally looked as good as new. There was no sign of the original damage whatsoever. I tried to catch the previously damaged area in the right angle and lighting, and nothing. Its perfect. In addition to being on time, under budget, and perfect quality repairs, they gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge to use while the repairs were being done. They even washed and cleaned my car - both inside and outside! There was one tiny issue - After I picked the car up, I noticed that the rear drivers side taillight and blinker werent working. I wasnt sure if this was caused by Hopkins Auto Body or just a conicidence since the damage was on the other side of the car. I was just about to call and ask them about this when I got a call from them first. I was told that their technician wasnt confident that the drivers side was reconnected after the repairs were made, which is exactly waht happened. They were able to correct this problem in an honest, forthcoming way, so in my mind this is still a 5-star establishment. I cant imagine that any auto body shop could deliver better service. Hopefully I never need to use them again, but should another unfortunate accident occur, I would absolutely feel comfortable bringing my car to Hopkins Auto Body first.

This was my first time needing body work done on my car and everyone was outstanding! The woman at the desk (I cant remember her name - sorry!) walked me through everything step by step and was super friendly and made me feel really at ease with the whole thing! There was some trouble with my insurance company not giving approval right away for additional needed repairs that differed from their estimate. (It was in no way the fault of Hopkins Auto Body, dont get me wrong, just technical and processing issues on the part of the insurance company.) It was amazing how Hopkins Auto Body went above and beyond, calling and working with them multiple times to push them to get the needed repairs approved so they could finish so I could get my car back as soon as possible. And the finished work was outstanding! No sign at all of any damage (and it was pretty bad) so I am 100% satisfied and blown away by the service I received from these guys. I would recommend this shop to anyone in a heartbeat and while I hope I wont have need of their services any time soon, I will definitely return if I do!!

It takes a lot for me to take time to write a review online, but I just had to share my experience with Hopkins Auto Body. My vehicle hit a wild turkey right at the roof and windshield. I had it towed to Hopkins Auto Body for the repairs. Now, the mess of turkey inside the car was unexplainable. The smell wasnt for the weak. Anyway, they put on a new roof on the vehicle and a new windshied. Their workman ship matched the factory and I couldnt be pleased more. Best of all was that I had no smell or trace of turkey inside my vehicle after the repairs. I feel sorry for the people that had to clean it. I say people because I am sure it took more than one person. I would highly advise anyone to get their vehicle repaired by Hopkins Auto Body.

From start to finish, my experience was first class. My daughter wrecked her car late Sunday night. I dropped off the car in the middle of the night and put a key in the mail slot. The next day Jeff called me and gave me an thorough estimate on the cost. Due to the age of the vehicle, I decided to not repair it. Jeff gave me a referral for an Auto Salvage company. I called them and the car was picked up the next day. They did not charge me a diagnostic fee or a storage fee. I will definitely drop another car off there and recommend that you try them too. By the way, it is a family run business and their communication was excellent.

My Asian family has just moved to USA for one month ago weve got an welcome car accident, the driver with no insurance hit my rear bumper in rainy evening Oct24. Next morning l just drove to H.A.B. and they ve done the rest for me, started from calling the other driver to accept and pay for the damage and so on...... Because my English is not good enough for communicate the case, l really appreciate such a service they provided. the maintenance results excellent, took 2 days with free replaced Nissan. Thank you so much, especially to Jurald my new US friend there!

If you have Auto body damage, Hopkins Auto Body is the best in Minnesota. My wife backed into our mail box. The damage to the rear quarter panel of a Buick Enclave. There are several Buick Dealers, and only one Hopkins Auto Body. I highly recommend them

They were quick, easy, and inexpensive. My rental car company didnt show up, and they rented me a car on the spot and set it up through insurance just like the other rental company was supposed to. They were great.
