Unprofessional to say the least. My cars previous owner had some work done by this place. When painting the hood, they managed to get dimples in the paint and overspray all over the side of the car. The moonroof, which was also repaired by them was also screwed up - one of the trim pieces completely fell off the sunroof and into the car. I spoke with the manager about the sunroof to see if they would stand behind their work and he told me, "My guys arent sunroof experts." Unbelievable. They also worked on the Bluetooth in the car, but somehow forgot to put the microphones back in. I didnt find this out until later, and it cost me over $300 at the dealership to replace them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

They fixed a leak above my driver side window. I checked prices at other body shops first and Abras prices were similar at the low end. The final price came in at the low end of the estimate even though they had to add metal. John gave good advice and laid out the options, totally in line with my wanting to not spend a lot and still have a good looking solution. Showed pictures of the work in progress when I went to pick it up. The tech came up with a pretty cool custom look for the black paint line. I couldnt ask for more!

Missed stuff that was wrong with my car that was obvious. I got my car "fixed" there and it came back with things still wrong that I just replaced myself and had to pay out of pocket for. They didnt even clean it. My family is in the autobody field I know how a shop should be ran, this place isnt even close, what a joke. They know nothing about cars, autobody, or paint.
